The ticket it’s to expensive for what they offer. It was no order in the line and because of that they make me check our luggage without any other option because there was no capacity en the cabin. They deliver the luggage 1 hour late of our landing. The seats are very uncomfortable, no food and entertainment included. Not recommended.

More people at check-in but I understand there is staff lacking.

American Airlines is the worst. Every time I’ve flown with them, there’s constant delays or cancellations. This particular flight was delayed four times

The service was absolutely terrible, check-in had a line that wrapped around the corner, that took about an hour and a half, boarding began late, our plane was scheduled to depart at 5:10 we didn’t depart till 5:50. The service on the plane was absolutely terrible as well. They had no cabin wifi as advertised, no amenities as in drinks or food/snacks. Only to buy, for a 9 hour international flight! I don’t know how or why American Airlines chose to be partnered with this airline. Wouldn’t it make sense to partner with airlines that provide the same care for their customers/guest? Never again.

Could have newer entertainment

Friendly and professional flight attendants. Very rude check in staff.

I requested a special meal 2 weeks ahead of my flight. It was impossible to find a way to do this on the website so I filled out the request form and today (the day after my flight) I receive an email that you are working on my request. While the crew was nice and apologized I think there should be an easier way to request a meal. Please review your website. It is not clear how to go about requesting a special meal. The rest was ok. Had to do an all out sprint to the gate since the 50 min layover was not enough to get to the different terminal in Madrid to my connecting flight. I went straight there. No bathroom stop or time to refill my water bottle. Not sure how less mobile passengers would cover this distance in 35 min before the gate closes, especially when also having to show Covid test etc. at the Gate. American Airlines could also do better on sustainability. What’s with all the single use plastic? Other airlines are able to provide silverware and reusable cups. Why can’t you?

Miinukset: "Iberia was unable to ticket us all the way through to our final destination when we checked-in at our origin (Faro). We then had to go through an arduous process to get handwritten boarding passes in Madrid. This put us at the end of the line for boarding. Then the gate agent refused to let us board because the boarding passes Iberia customer service wrote and stamped didn’t have ticket # on ithem. The gate agent made it clear that it was all on me to go back to the agent at customer service to get it addressed and make it back in-time. The other passenger was my 80 year old mother who a I had to leave unaccompanied at the gate so i’d have some chance of running across the terminal and making it back in-time, which fortunately I did. The complete lack of interest in helping or even acknowledging that this was their mistake is the reason why I will never fly Iberia again."
Miinukset: "Leg room on Iberia flights is scarce, even though I'm only 5'7" tall. No snack or beverage service on a 2 1/2 hour flight."
Miinukset: "We never made it to this part of our flight because our Budapest to Madrid flight was canceled due to faulty AC system. We were boarded In Budapest and about two hours later they made as deplane after sitting in the hot plane for two hours. It was around 10 PM and no food was available at the airport, so I could not feed my four-year-old son ."

The stress and anxiety of waiting to see if I got on a flight with my new fiancé was wildly inexcusable on Iberia’s end. I am incredibly lucky to have made it on but it is deeply disturbing that Iberia would rely on luck so heavily after screwing me out of a seat I payed a lot for. I would have missed my connecting flights and been stuck in Spain for god knows how long since they wouldn’t tell me other flight information. I am very worried about flying with Iberia again."

It wasn't necessary to check them because there was plenty of room in the overhead bins when we got on the flight. We immediately asked a flight attendant to help when I realized they might not go through and he said he spoke to someone who caught and tagged the bags to go through, but it still didn't happen. It would have been easier if he had just brought them to us on the plane. Another women's bag was taken with all her baby supplies and bottles in it for a 16-hour travel day. Very frustrating for all of us."

Air Europa is out of my dictionary, erased from my language. I had never felt the worst that a passenger can go through like the experience with this Airline and especially with the agency we bought from, which is worse than them, I'm talking about KAYAK. Our flight was canceled without notice for August 8th, we began the nightmare of starting to try to refit on another flight to return home from July 23rd when we found out and no one could help us for thirteen days calling every day. Kayak blamed Air Europa and vice versa. Finally we were stranded thanks to Kayak and Air Europa from August 8 to August 13 because we had to buy other tickets to our destination incurring an expense of $5,000 USD since their options were never given and they kept moving the dates for the 18 of August. Incredible, disastrous, disrespectful to one as a passenger, disorganized, insensitive, nothing professional and I could continue writing negative words there. They did not give us help for hotel expenses ($1,000 USD), or for meals, or transportation. Everything came out of our pocket and money without any approach from them (Kayak and Air Europa). If we had waited for an option from them when they wanted, we would have stayed living in Madrid. Not even if they give me a ticket with all payment I will travel on this airline again. Think about it before choosing them so that they do not harm your vacation or work trip. My recommendation for them is negative 100%

Flights from MADRID to CARACAS and back Seats on the plane were too uncomfortable for a 9 hour trip, especially when the flight was completely full. Crew treated passengers as if we were cattle. Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!

I HAD TO HO UPSTAIRS TO A SEPARATE COMPANY AND WAIT TO PAY! ON TOP OF THAT. THE AGENTS CHECKING HAD A BAD COMPUTER. 2 AGENTS TO CHECK IN 120 PEOPLE. I KNOW YOU WON'T GIVE THIS INFO OUT SO I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN."

I had to wait until the plane was boarded and hope that someone didnt show up to get in the plane. This was the first leg of other connections to go to Amsterdam and it was too close to ruin my complete itinerary."

Miinukset: "Our flight attendant did not smile ONCE! At check in , we had the good fortune to be carrying exceptionally small carryons. However, two passengers had bags that appeared regulation, but apparently were not. These two people were treated like criminals. I’ll never fly Air Europa again."
Miinukset: "We had to board this plane the old fashion way on the runway carrying your bags and everything. Very uncomfortable and no help. It also was very disappointed to be charged €60 per each piece of luggage returning to Madrid even though they had not charged for the same luggage coming into our destination. The lady at the counter was very cut and dry and was not helpful at all. This was a round trip, no explanation on the overcharged is acceptable. Kayak should warn their customers if luggage charges are going to be added."

They didn't offer food to the inside rows, only to the window side. When you asked you got an annoyed glare."

Airplanes have become glorified city buses."

I love the entertainment. I think the food could be better

Great service and adequate food on inter continental flight, but inter-Europe flights they charge for EVERYTHING including water!!

The crew managed the covid guidelines very well in a friendly way. Wearing a mouthmask does not feell ok in a 2 hours flight. As long s people are sitting still, I would consider periods of taking it off all together, (keep it on up to departure and then again before landing. People moving shoud wear a mask.

Miinukset: "there was NO organisation at all during boarding: the people just stood in line, not respecting 1,5m. Also at the airport security waiting lines no attention to social distancing was respected. At arrival the off-boarding was in groups of 8th rows, not really helpfull either. A big disappointment versus the flight we had from BXL to PORTO !"

All of which led to a 45 minute delay sitting on a hot and unairconditioned flight followed by a missed connection and 6 hour wait at the next airport. There was no entertainment inflight, so nothing there to rate. The staff were pleasant under the conditions. Nothing else was positive."
Plussat: "This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day."
Miinukset: "Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP."

Miinukset: "Just about everything. Not only were both flights delayed, one without notice, both the check-in and boarding processes were obscenely long with no obvious reason. On board, the staff was very pleasant but took almost 20 minutes to respond to a page and I only paged them one time. The screens for entertainment had a lot of trouble reading touch for both my seatmate and I and the selections were very limited. My seat did not recline which made for a very uncomfortable flight as I had hoped to be able to sleep. They lost one of my bags and somehow still have not found it more than 36 hours later."

One flight attendent got upset or acted a little nasty because I asked her for another custom border slip. She said was going to bring one but I guess she forgot and an atleast 30 minutes to an hour went by till I asked her again and she got nasty. The same lady along with the other flight attendants snatched trash out peoples hands like they were diseased...and they had gloves on. When it came to entertainment they didnt have much variety. Unless the price for the flight is dirt cheap or below average I would choose to fly with them again other than that I'll go to another"

In fact, it is a simple process in the Brussels Airport transition zone, with the friendly help of Bulgaria Air agents. Breakfast is a box of sugar: shrink wrapped muffin, Toblerone bar, orange juice. These are all sugar delivery systems."

I have never been so hot and uncomfortable on a plane. Some kind of air conditioning did kick on for a short duration, but it was not enough."

This led to extra security checks of hand and checked baggage. They found an extra bag? Which led to extra, extra security checks. Worker fell off the luggage conveyor belt, plane was surrounded by medical staff and an ambulance. We finally took off, 3 hours late. I arrived at St. Petersburg, but my luggage did not. The next day I found out it had been sent to Frankfurt. An absolute disaster, many of the problems could have been prevented by more diligence from the airline."
Miinukset: "Airfair.com is terrible. They re-ticketed my mother who was traveling with me on a different flight and would not acknowledge this. I was able to get it resolved but took many calls and emails - a huge hassle. I would never book another flight through this "travel agency"."

We took our own food. We slept for most of the flight. We arrived on time. If Norwegian can continue to keep the price low, I'll happily choose to fly with them again."

It's great to have higher air quality for better jet lag, but water is prime in that regard. It seems to be a recurring pattern in this flight, no water service. Of course, you can just go and walk up to them and ask for water, but chances are you will get frown at for the annoyance. - Upset staff: Another passenger was seating on my seat when I boarded and asked me to swap places so that he wouldn't have to move. I agreed, and I notified the flight attendants of the change so they knew where to take the meals. I thought I was being nice to them, but I still got rolling eyes and lost stares whenever they came for meal service and they had to revisit the situation. I don't get it."

Plussat: "There was a medical situation on board. The crew kept us informed as to why we were delayed and updated us on the situation and when we would be leaving. A dispute between two passengers was solved by the steward wisely moving one of the parties involved."

And last but not least I wasn't satisfied that I wasn't able to check in online beforehand, the line was ridiculous."

Other items they charge for: water, earbuds, blankets... Don't even ask if there are free snacks. I'm surprised I wasn't charged for speaking with a crew member (when I could flag one down--good luck with that). They begin "boarding" 2 hours before departure. Why? So you can stand in a long line, no food venues nearby, to then be sequestered in an enclosed waiting area until they condescend to let you on the aircraft (no fee for that, surprisingly). Unless you prepaid another fee for expedited boarding. But if you're a common peasant I suggest taking a different discount airline where they actually care about their customers."

They first told me the next available flight with an opening would be 48 hours later, and a couple hours later they told me never mind, the next available flight wouldn't be avIlble until 5 entire days later. Trip ruined, my first international flight ever. After 6+ hours of battling on the phone with them and looking for other flights (prices starting at 700% of my original booking price) I accepted defeat, left the airport, headed home and went to sleep. When I woke up the next day version of the same flight on the same airline was available for only about 210% the original booking price, a flight they specifically told me would not be available to me for a transfer. They ultimately booked the transfer "free of charge" although they tried to tell me I would not be refunded for the original flight, nor granted the voucher for a future flight that they originally tried to offer me to pacify me, nor would they pay me the compensation I am legally entitled to in these circumstances for 400% of the original booking price up to $1,350 for international flights delayed by at least 4 hours. In other words, I had to choose between getting to my destination a day late after incurring many additional expenses as a result of their overbooking practices and being told the next flight was in 144 hrs (a day before my originally planned return date), or canceling the trip maybe possibly being partially compensated for all the money I already put into the trip. All in all about the worst experience I could imagine short of the plane crashing or them punching me in the face and then laughing at me just for fun."

We bought priority tickets which was supposed to give priority boarding before others so that we can get to our seats and easily place our luggage in the bins before others. However, the priority boarding is only into the bus. So we get off the bus we were in a crowd with everyone who did not purchase priority tickets. So the very purpose of purchasing priority tickets was gone.

The flight from Milan to Warsaw was terrible - not enough time for the change, had to check-in at the airport, smart pass didn’t work, and the flight was delayed by 2 hours.

If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."
