Most of us in the cabin complained but these parents were pathetically weak and elected to allow it to continue. No sleep... spoiled experience.. miserable flight in this respect. Terrible Business Lounge 'Aspire' in Gatwick; dirty and poorly equipped - not even Prosecco on offer without paying £5 for a small glass. Qatar should stop using this dreadful place. However we were flying West and thus into daylight. Sadly the window seated passengers were not asked to close their window blinds to block out the sunlight and many were left open. This made the cabin very bright and a difficult environment in which to sleep. Too much advertising before the on board videos, but otherwise content was good."

Miinukset: "I missed my flight from Nairobi to Melbourne then the airlines asked for penalties and fare difference which in total was much higher than booking a fresh one way flight. I felt that the crew at Nairobi airport handled the situation pretty well however, the staff at the Nairobi reservation office were a bit cold and not very helpful."

Miinukset: "Considering that we’re in the middle of a pandemic no LH ground staff at Heathrow Airport was leading by example wearing protective equipment such as mask or gloves. Further, I found it inexplicably that almost every seat was taken on this flight. If LH knows that the flight is booked close to capacity I would have expected they do their part and due diligence by swapping to a bigger aircraft to help protect people and their customers, it’s not that they wouldn’t have other aircrafts grounded and ready to go... A reduced beverage service is all you can do, really? LH - very disappointing once again"

All we got is the same lousy sandwich as in economy, neither are alcoholic or hot beverages available due to ‘shortage of staff’ as the crew announces. A flight far behind LH standards."

Plussat: "It was not immediately apparent that boarding was in a completely different terminal which was accessible by train, so this lack of info could have cost me arriving in good time as I thought I had sufficient time. I aldo found ground staff at the customer service desk very unsympathetic and unhelpful when I asked for assistance on grounds of ill health. They were quite condescending ."

This is not Lufthansa's fault but considering how important Frankfurt is, you would think the airlines would say something. The flight was late. There were no proper queues for boarding. Everone was mixed up, business, gold card, economy, and only one person doing the chekcing of boarding passes. It was not the best process."

If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either"

Plussat: "Fell asleep and didn’t even realise. Finnair is very friendly and the staff are super nice. I was very thirsty and asked for two cups of water instead of one and the lady was not hesitant to give me two cups in quick succession. Very good air company"

We were sweating and drinking water like crazy (they gave us one bottle and did not routinely walk the aisles handing out more). Luckily we brought our own water. Early June and headed to Scandinavia, not someplace hot. Seats were hard and I put my unused blankets under me."

Plussat: "They gave us blankets and pillows. Each seat had its own entertainment system but it only worked with the earbuds given out by the crew and the controls were cumbersome to use."
Miinukset: "The plane was hot and stuffy the entire trip. There are no longer individual controls for air. It was so uncomfortable and we were hot a sweaty the whole flight. The crew said that there was nothing they could do about it."

Miinukset: "The agent at the gate misled me into thinking there would be no fee associated with a checked bag. When it turned out there was, I was told it was too late."

Plussat: "The gate agent in Athens was helpful"
Miinukset: "We wanted to check bags and we needed to have our docs checked before we could get a boarding pass for the last leg of the flight. No one was available around the self service kiosks and the line to drop bags or get any service didn't move for 40 minutes. We finally went to the gate. In Copenhagen we had a delay and no one would even talk to us except to say " you are booked in tourist class so I can't help You". They do an excellent job of avoiding any contact with their customers. I fly almost every week for business and have never had this bad of service."

Miinukset: "Premium seats didn't have enough leg room to stretch, they could change the wall into curtains as in Lufthansa."

Plussat: "The attendant made sure we got checked in and on the flight even though there could have easily been a hang up that prevented us from getting on the flight. It was pretty empty so we got a full row again for all our baby stuff. Very nice"

Plussat: "SAS agent in Oslo was very nice and quickly rebooked our flight to Bergen when we missed our scheduled one due to luggage delays and confusion at Oslo as to Customs procedure."

Miinukset: "The customs agent was slower than slow.. This is no exaggeration -/everyone on our flight, the following flight, and a few of the flight after that went throug the other line before we did. We do not know if she is training , being rediculously conscientious, being too social or a power/control thing. We had plenty of time, I feel sorry for people who had tight connections. LOTS of people switched lines but we didn't know it would continue to be rediculous. There are stairs to climb from the gate which will be a problem for people with any physical issues ( bad knees). The plane took off late and this time we were nervous with a tight connection in Stockholm Location of Gate display is slower than most airports and we were told It changes at the last minute. We will avoid the Oslo airport in the future."

Plussat: "Missed flight. After waiting in three cues of more than 25 people was told the airline and your customer service could do nothing to help me. Am going to continue to pursue a credit and hope a new flight will be issued! Please help me!"

Plussat: "Loved the time of the flight. The airport was not at all busy and the flight was not full. The crew was awesomely friendly and the flight itself was perfect. We love SAS,"

Miinukset: "We were delayed before boarding, then delayed again upon landing. Hence, we missed our connection and had to fly to Copenhagen and not arrive in Helsinki until after midnight."

Miinukset: "Cabin crew were far from welcoming when dealing with the African passengers (including me though I'm Spanish) the food was a disgrace On a 5 hour flight to Accra there was no entrainment, the chairs were incredibly uncomfortable and you could not even charge your devices... The food arrive way too early. I believe the airline has put less of an effort on these planes due to the nature of the passengers... I have been traveling for 20 years and I never felt so disappointed by an airline... I will not use this airline ever again"

Miinukset: "Stuardes don't have a sense of what costumer service is.. 6 hour flights and their plain aren't equipt with monitors to watch and entertain yourself Thank God I understood portugués but their translation to English was poor Food was not amazing I've been traveling since I was 6yrs old and I never felt so strongly about an airline... Miinukset: "Viewing options in 38E where i sat, were terribly uncomfortable. The screen i had to look at was off to the left and i had to sit sideways to see the screen."

Miinukset: "This event refers to my TAP flight from Lisbon to Heathrow on 21-Jan-2018. We arrived to the airport nearly 2 hours before departure time, waited 35min in the security checks and my girlfriend was held 20min in the passport control. While she was queuing for the 2no police officers to check her passport, an airport assistant came to the queue and asked who was due to board in TP364 to Heathrow. She was made aware that my girlfriend was there due to board that flight. In the meantime I made my way to the gate to make the gate assistants aware that she was held in the passport checks and was already on her way to the gate. Having said that, the zealous assistants in the gate have closed the gate in front of me, 18min before scheduled departure time and - "very kindly" - told me that I wouldn't be boarding that flight anymore even though my girlfriend have arrived in the meantime. One can imagine the frustration I felt finding out that the flight departure was delayed and that the flight actually departed 40min late. At that time I was already suffering the extortion of the customer service from TAP, claiming from me circa 400Eur from each of us for a one way ticket in the next flight to London. Therefore... until I remember this... I AM NOT FLYING TAP ANYMORE... I am very proud of being Portuguese but in similar situations that occurred with me flying British Airways, Lufthansa or Air Italia, I have always been treated with much more respect and customer care!"

Miinukset: "The airline wanted to double charge me for baggage after have had a layover during my trip, so when I was checking my luggage by second time in order to go to my destination, they insisted on make me pay, even thought I had paid my luggage online before to take the flight from the beginning."

Plussat: "Crew on board efficient and polite. In flight entertainment on a rolling programme of videos played an an user-friendly player and all in 2 languages. Meols - two of them- stable and standard airline fare served quickly and efficiently by crew. Comfy seat with recline and tilt. Blankets and pillows provided as standard."
Miinukset: "The wait for check in was almost an hour longer tha. Expected and nowhere comfortable to wait. Executive lounge overpriced and meagre without any reclining seats. May as well have saved the money and used the terminal facilities No in flight magazine available to my seat for on board purchases and very little choice off goods on offer."

Plussat: "I was very impressed with the Ground crew who met me off the plane and had already arranged for me to go on a later flight with Emirates. If it had been possible to let me know when I was on the first flight that my onward travel had been arranged then it would have been perfect."
