The actual flight was ok. But was a mess before departing AMS. My previous flight was late, so missed my connection in AMS. Then I spent over two hours getting things settled to get another flight. I was unable to complete my request online, and no one at KLM in AMS wanted to help. They kept giving me the run-around until I finally convinced them K was stuck without their personal help. It added a lot of stress (and about 5 more hours of transit time) to my overall journey.

being a flight attendant and using spécial fare I apreciate being treated equally to the other pax, the fact that the crew, when I informed them of my status, went to check if I had a good seat ( no one beside me, to be able to get good rest.) Those are important gestures towards the person. I look to more flights with KLM

It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.
Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.
Koneeseen pakkautumista voisi järkevöittää, esim. rivi tai muutama kerrallaan, jottei syntyisi ryntäylyä ja hässäkkää.

Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.

Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Hyvä, nopea lento, Hki lentoasemalla hyvä palvelu
The flight attendants did not come around to give out headsets but I had mine so I did not ask if they had them. The second meal was better than other flights I've been on, it was a stone oven baked pizza and not some sugary breakfast full of carbs. I tried the red wine, it tasted sweet and low quality. Would not get that again. The beer selection included an IPA, which was not really craft because Goose Island is owned by one of the biggest beer companies Anheuser-Busch. However, I did appreciate having an IPA on the menu from a former craft brewery which was better than all the other big brands. I'd like it more if it was a real craft beer from a non-mass producer. Snacks were made available to pick-up in the mid-plane galley which not all flights do so it's a plus. Movies selection was expansive and it included multiple films that were nominated or awarded at film festivals such as Sundance, Tribeca and others. I was very pleased with the selection. Keep up the quality! Plane was clean, seemed new, bathrooms fairly clean, nice soap and had all the required paper supplies.

Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.

Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
There was family that was not seated together, some seated in business class and some in economy that kept having meetings in the business class area in the aisles and hovering over other business class passengers seats. The crew was ignoring this and never attended to this matter despite the obvious discomfort of other passengers. Also for business class there was no service until after more than 1 hour in the air. I did however see the steward go to economy several times with coffee several times during this hour. The staff was friendly when they did finally decide to provide service, that I liked.
The whole experience was miserable. Worst service I’ve ever received. Turkish airlines customer support called me a liar and threatened to hang up on me when the whole issue was due to their delays. They booked me on a different flight arriving two days late without my consent on travel times and then refused changing any of my itinerary. I travel internationally for work every month and this has been by far my worst travel experience. DEPLORABLE service and they simply do not care about their customers
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.

Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Kaikki meni tälä kertaa niin hyvin, ettei nyt pysty mitään paranettavaa keksimään. Hieno uusi lentokenttä Hkin pässä jossa hyvät ja selkeät opasteet. Kaikki Roin kenntällä sujui jouhevasti, vaikka lento vähän myöhässä olikin ja mukavat matkustamohenkilökunta :)
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Miinukset: "If I was allowed onto my flight. My previous flight on AirEuropa was overbooked, I didn’t get a seat, and they put me on the next flight out. With the delay I didn’t get to the check in window till approximately 55 minutes before departure. Norwegian wouldn’t even let me check in. They said boarding had already stopped and the flight was closed. Sent me to the sales rep where I was told my only option was to switch to the same flight the following day, but that would cost me an additional 630€. I ended up stuck in Barcelona overnight and found a cheaper flight home with British Airways/American Airlines."
Miinukset: "Service at CheckIn was the worst I've ever received. The staff exuded no compassion, empathy or interest in trying to help me. I had to buy an extra checked bag and instead of giving my options clearly, they gave me a run around (do it online, call our customer service, refund your ticket at our service desk - all false). I did not appreciate that lack of competence or interest and as such will not be transacting business with Norwegian again. Furthermore, the crew on the airplane did not check on me or my row of passengers the entire flight. No water, no cookies, nothing! This was the worst display of airline service I ever seen!"

Miinukset: "The operating flight was changed and our seat were downgraded. Given that it was a birthday trip i wanted my fiancée to be as comfortable as possible. Instead she was stuck in a middle seat between two crying babies with no outlets to to charge our phones for entertainment. Additionally I was notified that I cannot be refunded until after the flight has landed. So technically Norwegian still has my money and I paid top dollar for a less than average experience. Unacceptable."

Miinukset: "Norwegian used an extremely old Wamos A320 aircraft instead of one of their own 787s. The seats were not only uncomfortable, but also so tightly arranged that my knees touched the back of the front seat, and I am an average 6 feet tall. Inflight entertainment options were available only through the Wamos app, which could not be downloaded on the plane (and Norwegian had not mentioned during check in). Unless for people with pre-ordered food, it was not possible to buy even water until about 3 1/2 hours into the flight. The flight to BCN on a Norwegian plane was okay, but the prospect of another such return experience makes it very questionable to book this airline again."

Miinukset: "Norwegian Air operated its international flight like a budget airline. I have never been on a flight where no food or drink was even offered. We had to ask for water 4 times before one of the attendants brought over half a glass. We ended up buying food and drinks since no meals were served the entire way. It is very dangerous to limit the amount of water patrons drink on the flight. Nothing else was provided. Headphones, blanket, pillow were all extra. Lastly, they do not allow online check in for travelers from the USA. As a result, we were forced to pay 80 euro for each checked bag at the counter!!! We will never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again."

Was not until the end of the 8.5hr flight as the woman was at my aisle that I mustered up frustration to ask for water! Also got ELBOWED in the back of my HEAD by another passenger!"

I felt like I was starving for many hours after I ate my first meal. Overall, I do not recommend flying through Norwegian and I doubt I will ever fly through Norwegian again."

Miinukset: "- Dehydration: In a 12 hour flight, there wasn't any single drink offered outside of the meal ones. Seriously, 12 hours without bringing water to people? It's great to have higher air quality for better jet lag, but water is prime in that regard. It seems to be a recurring pattern in this flight, no water service. Of course, you can just go and walk up to them and ask for water, but chances are you will get frown at for the annoyance. - Upset staff: Another passenger was seating on my seat when I boarded and asked me to swap places so that he wouldn't have to move. I agreed, and I notified the flight attendants of the change so they knew where to take the meals. I thought I was being nice to them, but I still got rolling eyes and lost stares whenever they came for meal service and they had to revisit the situation. I don't get it."

Miinukset: "My cousin was not allowed to board because her passport was about to expire in less than 3 months and Norwegian did not refund her ticket or offer her a credit of any sort or schedule her for the next flight out after her passport issue was taken care of. She lost her whole ticket fare and I was forced to travel alone. No customer service no consideration - nothing. Will never fly Norwegian again."
Plussat: "price, speed, simplicity."
Miinukset: "all of the food was mediocre, overpriced and not even a cup of water was free. no napkins were provided. trash was rarely picked up. staff was direct and not very friendly. it felt very impersonal. baggage was WAY overpriced, as were seats, so it would have been the same as buying flights on another airline and with more courtesy. I wouldn't fly with them again unless it was a weekend trip and i was flying alone and trying to save money."

Miinukset: "I tried extending my trip the night before my flight but customer service kept saying their system was down and their site wasn't working properly. I bought a Flex ticket for the exact reason of being able to adjust my schedule if needed. I decided to try to extend my trip at the airport and had the same issue. It's very disappointing that I paid extra and had zero help from their team. The new flight date would have been the same price too. On the flight, I didn't get served the dinner since they couldn't find my Flex information but it somehow got corrected later. I had a decent experience with Norwegian Air a few years ago but this time it was a mess on all three flights. I wouldn't recommend."

A last minute plane change to a non-Norwegian aircraft had me scrambling to re-reserve pre-selected seats (the change moved our reserved seats to a less than ideal location), which had to be done through customer service because the Norwegian site wouldn’t let me make the change. What seemed like a 30+ yr old aircraft, no in-flight entertainment, broken seat backs, and an ornery flight attendant - I guess I get what I paid for..."

Is foam an expensive luxury / too heavy?"
Miinukset: "Even in low fare airlines you're allowed to have one piece of luggage and hand luggage with you. easyJet allows only one hand luggage, but they don't clarify that clearly in their rules. They are telling that first in the gate and then they charge for extra £50 for hand luggage. I'm going to avoid flying easyJet in the future."

So, had to waste 100 euros in bag fees and get yelled at by two separate gate agents and the British IT person that was there working on their system. Then, we all checked in but had to wait in a tiny waiting space for an hour with no seating. One older woman was on the verge of passing out, two other passengers helped her. EasyJet personnel could care less."
Miinukset: "They charge 47Euros for Hand Luggage if you don't pay for it when you check in. You are only entitled to one personal item (your purse or small bagpack). Read their website carefully before booking. They charge you for everything- even a cup of water. I booked travel for someone who needed assistance, but the lady at check in counter was too busy scolding me about all their rules, that she never got wheelchair for us. It was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I don't recommend this airline for folks traveling from the USA with lots of luggage. This works well for Europeans making short weekend trips that are less than 1hr to destination. There are better, friendlier airlines on the market."

Miinukset: "I booked a 4:35 pm flight on kayak.com I was added on a different flight because that flight is full. I'm forced to purchase another flight to get back to Lisbon"
Miinukset: "Even though the standard for most airlines is two carry-on bags, EasyJet only allows you one. They need to change that rule if they ever expect me to fly with them again."

Miinukset: "I didn't like that there was only an allowance of 1 carry on bag and need to pay for a purse or backpack. The universal carry on policy is a carry on suitcase and a purse or something small you can fit under your seat. I think that information should be told to customers before they buy their tickets since this goes against what most people know about the carry on policy."

Miinukset: "the Madrid - Bristol connection is a mess. Grossly delayed on the way up and down, which in the case of a night flight can let you stranded in the airport to wait for the next bus to the southwest for a couple of hours, like it happened to me."

Miinukset: "They took half of the plane's carry on luggage and registered them as checked luggage, the other half of the passengers had several pieces of luggage and took most of the space of the plane's stowage. We had to take out all the electronics that we had on our carry ons because they failed to crack how many pieces of luggage every passenger had at the beginning."

I liked the flight and the delay from Alicante to Manchester disorganised my plans for the next day and I know at times there are delays. I liked the services provided but there was no entertainment offered all in all i enjoyed my flight and the staff were so helpful at all times. This could have been better if there was entertainment provided

It was fine apart from some of the other passengers and their poor mask wearing. They aren’t supposed to be worn under the chin.
Gate opened 45 mins before allowed to enter the airplane. Crew did not act to maintain passagenrs safety when landed. Passangers startwd standing and opening overhead compartments while olane was still moving

Miinukset: "Ryanair operations at Bordeaux Airport is extremely poor. I arrived 2.5 hours early and still stood in line to check in for an hour because two flights were checking bags with TWO EMPLOYEES! It's 120+ people, and they needed more people working! The flight leaving 20 minutes ahead of us was still checking people in 30 minutes from their departure time, so truly this was on whoever is managing this airline at this airport. I will never fly with RyanAir again."
Due to Covid-19 checks and paperwork and not being in the EU anyone directions could have been clearer, I saw people who were very nervous and panicky.

Their random seat allocation therefore can inconvenience seat paying passengers not a quality experience."

Miinukset: "Only that we were late leaving, this didn’t matter in the end because we arrived early. I only gave one star for Food & Entertainment as the option to give no stars is not available. I’m sure the food would have been fine,however, I didn’t have food and brought a book for my own entertainment although I don’t believe any entertainment other than your own is available. I would suggest that Kayak offer a not applicable option on their star rating grid."

Then the conveyor system to broke down at East Midlands and all the cases had to be moved into the collection area by had by 2 security staff All in all 3 hours later for the booked taxi and didn’t arrive home till 4am ! Never had such a bad experience with Ryanair and East Midlands airport"

Miinukset: "On both flights we were called tbrough for boarding only to be kept queueing for over half an hour before actually boarding the plane. On the flight to East Midlands when everyone was on board we were then told due to an air traffic restriction we had to wait another 45 minutes before we could take off. On the return flight after queueing for half an hour only after I asked why we had waited so long were we told that the plane HADN't EVEN LANDED YET. So both flights were delayed with no explanation from anyone. Also all announcements on both flights were very difficult to hear above the engine noise. I am afraid that this experience has made me realise that I will NEVERTHELESS fly with Ryanair again. I would rather pay the extra and fly with a better airline."
Plussat: "The flight there and back got us there early each time despite being late departing. Choosing your seat is the ideal thing to do, even if it is only £6 more its worth it."
Miinukset: "There was no Aircon on the plane out which made it an uncomfortable flight out there and caused for certain people to smell slightly. The staff on the flight back weren't overly great and one accused a bloke of snatching when actually his bag was just heavy. She also had attitude towards others which made me think, whats she going in this job."
Miinukset: "Not much extra leg room and one attempted rammed the trolley into my foot trapping my toe against the wall and the didn't even respond to me shouting out in pain"
Plussat: "It was on time"
Miinukset: "The cabin was freezing. Also, most passengers were made to check cabin baggage at the gate, reason given as 'a full flight. but once on The plane, there was many empty seats (6 alone in the two rows around me) and the overhead lockers were about half full."

Miinukset: "Me on row 2 ...wife row 18. All because we didn't pay 'extra' for seats that we had already paid for in the price of a flight! So, basically, if you don't pay, then Ryanair purposely separate couples in punishment. As a frequent flier, this was the very last time myself and my family will be using Ryanunfair!"
