Not fan of Air Canada. Only two things they ever serve for in-flight food. Chicken or Pasta. I traveled many times with them , never heard about anything else from their mouth for food. I call them "cheap chicken pasta airline".
Boarding announcements were inaudible. The boarding process was unclear.
The airline ran late and I almost missed this connecting flight to LGW. The airline didn't act very sympathetic to my situation. I wished that didn't happen as my experience I'm sure would've been much different.

Miinukset: "There are no queues. A free for all to load and unload the plane. If you are looking for Swiss order, look elsewhere. Nothing is free, not water (1.5 euro) or any other beverages or anything else. We paid double what the flight should cost to not even be offered water. The seats were lightly padded to maximize seats. There was a small amount of leg room but some. No power outlets, wifi or media. The worst aspect is I bought a flight on Baltic Air from Tallinn to Riga and had the price from Riga to Paris on the next tab on kayak. I bought the ticket from Tallin to Riga then flipped to buy Riga to Paris only to learn it was a bait price. The price was actually $200 more. Baltic would not refund the first flight (within minutes) so we were stuck to either walk away from our 2 tickets to Riga or pay the bait and switch rate. We begrudgingly paid 400 (200 each) euro MORE than the initial price shown so we could fly out of Riga back to Paris (to be back in Paris by Jan 7). A non alcoholic beverage, a small snack, and power access would be helpful. Ground crew helping with order would be helpful. I was shoved and run over trying to get onto and off the plane. It is the wild west of flying except the plane is new...oh, and it is 30 euro if you do not check in online ahead. But you will still need to stand in line to check a bag (where they can issue you a boarding pass)."

It took forever to get bags in Riga. In the empty flight the way they were seating people was crazy. I'm lifetime gold with American Airlines so I do fair share flying and can tell you it's not a good Airline."

Miinukset: "The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic."

Miinukset: "For people who have Airbaltic as a connecting flight this might be very inconvenient. We paid 40 Eur/person each way for our luggage . That brings the price that you pay so much higher than you expect at first. Also if you don't print boarding pass ahead of time which we didn't (plus still needed to drop off checked luggage and check our passports) they want to charge you 30 Eur a person to print that drinking piece of paper. If you don't want to pay that get out of the line with all of you luggage, go to kiosk and print it, then come back to the line. But that's companies rules , employees just have to follow it. Another problem was their attitude. The guy who got our luggage was so weird. Showing off and talking to us like a boss. After giving us boarding passes he said we can go to the screen and look up the gate ourselves. I never write long reviews but man! they got me mad that day. Never say never - but I don't want to fly with this airline again"

Miinukset: "It was cold and I was not dressed for the bus to the aircraft, but instead for the tropics where I had been. The toilet was not centered for stand - up use for men. Thus had to kneel in order to use. This booked by UIA, but the carrier was Air Baltic, which led to some confusion as to which airline to go to for boarding."
Miinukset: "I tried to check in on my phone and the app did not allow me. The only way was buying lunch in order to move on with the check in process. I decided to get to the counter and the person charged me US$ 35 euros only for checking me in (even though their app had problems to check in). They charged me in total US$ 100 for checking in and checking my luggage. The service was terrible, especially from the person at the counter. In addition to all that, my luggage did not arrive to the final destination and was lost for an entire week. Every time I called the airline, they were charging me per minute even though they were the ones who lost my suitcase."

Miinukset: "Mediocre crew Pricing policy makes you feel like a fool. Ex : if you book not directly from their website, you won't receive a email asking to check online and will end up paying a 30e fee at the counter."
Miinukset: "After barely making too tight a connection, all food and beverage needed Euros or European credit card. My Visa wouldn't work. Finally after I broke down (blood sugar way too high) the stewardess gave me a glass of water. Never will I use the money grubbing airline again"

Plussat: "The plane seemed really nice (Dreamliner). Despite being tall, it seemed like I had a bit more leg room than in other economy class seats."
Miinukset: "I was in one of the boarding groups that got to enter the plane last. While I don't mind that, since the last group since in front of the plane, people who sit in the back sometimes put their carry on luggage close to the front of the plane so that they can get it on the walk back down the aisle rather than fussing with it when everyone is standing up. I wish there was more emphasis on making people put their carry ons above their own seats."
Plussat: "There was one particularly pretty crew member with a great laugh and she was very friendly"
Miinukset: "I flew out with the same luggage that I flew in with. They charged me $56 for it. It seemed as if they made a new rule out of the blue and included my personal bag my carry on. It wasn't that they had to be concerned about the FAA weight requirements because the flight was only about 80% full. The in-flight entertainment was limited and there was no audio... so in other words, you could not simply turn on music to go to sleep by. This is a very bare-bones airline. Also, one flight attendant was perhaps the rudest person I've ever come across. "Go talk to someone else - I'm busy." All I asked for was a fork. She was simply opening a bin at the moment."

Miinukset: "I missed my flight waiting at the wrong gate( there was another flight to Stockholm, my connecting city, being conducted by another airline) I did not notice until it was too late. The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."
Plussat: "There was a medical situation on board. The crew kept us informed as to why we were delayed and updated us on the situation and when we would be leaving. A dispute between two passengers was solved by the steward wisely moving one of the parties involved."
Miinukset: "Water should be available free of charge on all flights longer than two hours."

Miinukset: "How do you have an international airline flying people 10 hours PLUS and not feed them ?? I've never heard of such a thing. & even with the meal preorder bullshit they didn't have enough food for the entire plane to order from the snack bar so I STARVED for 10 hours."
Plussat: "We took what was to be a 9 hour flight from Denver to London and the service was great. My fiancée has allergies to food and the staff took good care of her and made sure that she was getting meals that had no triggers in them. For me the seats are always a bit too tight for people with real shoulders. It’s okay though I’m used to that. But then landing 40 minuets early was great. It allowed us to go through the border and still be on our way as quickly as if we were home in the states."
Miinukset: "DY 7016 was scheduled to leave JFK on January 7th at 10 PM. We took off at 4 AM. This is unacceptable."
Plussat: "The 787 Aircraft was nice."
Miinukset: "3+ hours of delay on a 6 hour flight isn't acceptable (DY7148 from Boston to LGW on Jan 7 2018). After late arrival of the aircraft, "weather" caused a 1 hour delay in boarding and another hour of delay for loading bags. The only "weather" in Boston was "cold" (aka winter). Perhaps they'd have to cancel the flight if someone saw a snowflake."
Plussat: "The flight from Boston to Gatwick was most pleasant - plenty of leg-room in Economy Class. The food was somewhat mediocre, especially the snack served at breakfast-time. Overall, however, a very good five and a half hour journey."

Miinukset: "This is a budget airline, but the slightly lower cost doesn’t compensate for the rude staff, chaotic experience and general misery of taking a red eye flight with Norweigan. Throughout the night, the lights were switched on and off, announcements were made and the crew to sell us stuff. Crew refused to serve water to passengers unless you were prepared to argue with them. Avoid!"

Miinukset: "It is always really nice to get free coffee as a passenger. Traveling is exhausting and I would have been so appreciative of free coffee on the flight, and felt even more comforted and likely to fly Norwegian in the future."

Miinukset: "Checking in is not a simple process for Norwegian, kept receiving e-mails requesting me to upgrade the flight but never was clear where to check in and the bag weight limit is not made obvious."

Seats aren't bad but not super comfortable for long flight. BA and Virgin used to be great but they are both dropping off. Norwegian is a far better deal but it might see more business if it works on the above."

They left the heat in the bus running at 27 C for about 10 Minutes. People were banging on the doors asking to open them. Finally they turned off the heat. It was not fun."

Miinukset: "No complementary water tea or coffee. That is very basic for any flight over six hours. It was a big surprise to pay $45 for each seat in order to reserve ahead of time. We traveled as a family of five. Not so cheap as advertised will think twice next time."
Plussat: "Even though we were in the economy section we had a wonderful experience. Two good meals were served and there were plenty of options on the in flight entertainment system. All the flight attendants were very nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend Norwegian."

Plussat: "The Dreamliner is a great plane if you get a premium seat."
Miinukset: "I wanted to book a premium seat but they had sold out. I bought extra leg room thankfully and a very narrow middle row seat. I would never book that again. Very uncomfortable. Despite paying an elevated Flex fare I did not even get a free blanket on take off and had to pay $5 for one. What a rip off."
Plussat: "We were in premium economy with its 45-degree-recline seats, and thus got a little shut-eye. Staff were excellent."
Plussat: "The price was prime and the quality of service was top notch. Best, in-flight meal I have ever had and the plane had some cool tech too. So for a nerd like me, it was awesome."

Miinukset: "The policies around hand luggage, checked luggage, and meals were all very unclear and we did not know what was included with our flight. In addition, they opened all of the windows electeonically, long before landing, waking us up."
Miinukset: "They overbooked and denied me from boarding even though I was on time. They first told me the next available flight with an opening would be 48 hours later, and a couple hours later they told me never mind, the next available flight wouldn't be avIlble until 5 entire days later. Trip ruined, my first international flight ever. After 6+ hours of battling on the phone with them and looking for other flights (prices starting at 700% of my original booking price) I accepted defeat, left the airport, headed home and went to sleep. When I woke up the next day version of the same flight on the same airline was available for only about 210% the original booking price, a flight they specifically told me would not be available to me for a transfer. They ultimately booked the transfer "free of charge" although they tried to tell me I would not be refunded for the original flight, nor granted the voucher for a future flight that they originally tried to offer me to pacify me, nor would they pay me the compensation I am legally entitled to in these circumstances for 400% of the original booking price up to $1,350 for international flights delayed by at least 4 hours. In other words, I had to choose between getting to my destination a day late after incurring many additional expenses as a result of their overbooking practices and being told the next flight was in 144 hrs (a day before my originally planned return date), or canceling the trip maybe possibly being partially compensated for all the money I already put into the trip. All in all about the worst experience I could imagine short of the plane crashing or them punching me in the face and then laughing at me just for fun."
Plussat: "Very efficient and and on-time."
Miinukset: "The seats were quite narrow. It may be worth alerting future passengers of the seats in coach when suggesting they might want to upgrade."
Plussat: "The crew was very nice, there were movies to watch, boarding was easy and the flight didn't have any problems in general"
Miinukset: "Seats are on the smaller side and it was a long trip, I asked about food and the flight attendant told me there wasn't any service so I bought a sandwich, after that we got dinner."
Miinukset: "It was delayed and delayed and delayed then canceled and they didn't have a new flight for 2 days. They canceled it too late so all other flights left so i had to purchase a new 1200$ ticket on a new airline the next day"
Plussat: "I make long distance overnight flights about 8 times a year, and this flight on Norwegian was the best flight I've had in years. Plenty of legroom, the seats don't feel crowded together, and my backpack was the only bag in the overhead storage. The chicken and rice was piping hot and had more chicken than I could eat. There are lots of flight attendants so you never feel neglected and they are all friendly."

Seats for parents flying with infants are window seats, which is an obstacle, especially when changing tables in bathrooms are only on the other side of the plane -food overpriced. Snacks on plane cheaper and better quality than meal provided"
Plussat: "For not a lot more money than Economy, Norwegian offers a Premium seat class that has ample width and legroom for an overseas flight. Friendly staff served us two meals with complimentary wine. The food is so-so but it's so rare to get actual food these days that I was ecstatic! Real, warm blankets too. Definitely will fly again."
Miinukset: "Boarding very chaotic. No clear instructions about groups or times to board. No one knew which line they were supposed to be in."
Plussat: "The ease of boarding and the friendly crew"
Miinukset: "I have a Gluten allergy and I decided when I got to the airport that I would upgrade to Platinum. When the started to serve the meals, I politely informed the flight attendant that I had a Gluten allergy and would like to purchase a salad instead. She stated that I needed to reserve my Gluten Free option 72 hours in advance and that a salad was not available. So I ate my snack of a nuts for an 8.5 hour flight. This is a HUGE disservice to those who have allergies! Because of this...I will no longer fly with Norwegian!"

Asking us to sit down for them to see if the engine is working okay. They asked a member of the public who was sat by the wing to keep an ear out for any funny noises. We stayed on the runway for an hour and a half after it was already delayed. Once we set off in fear that the engine might fail again Ryanair didn't even off us a free glass of water to show appreciation for peoples tolerance. It honestly isn't worth the money you save."

Advance checkin online not free , checking at airport 55£ . In Less than 2 Hour before boarding online is not possible anymore. Ryanair counter cannot check you in and you will be sent forth and back to other counters"

Miinukset: "The seats are uncomfortable, the application of the baggage policy is inflexible & difficult, there are no places to put your things and having seating assigned randomly when you travel with someone is ridiculous. I love discount airlines, but being charged for things that would make me happier while not costing the airline a penny is too far. Ryanair gets your initial business with artificially low rates and then nickle-and-dimes you until you pay at least as much as you would by just going with an honest carrier that charges normal prices up front. I am tired of being messed about when there are equivalently priced carriers that aren't such shysters."
Plussat: "Loved the speed and efficiency of everything; we arrived from Dublin to Gatwick 25 minutes early. Plenty of opportunity for inflight purchases for such a small flight which was great!"

Miinukset: "Two days in a row the gate operations seemed disorganized. My flight from London to Dublin was over an hour late, and then my return flight from Dublin to London was also an hour late today."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 1 1/2 hours. There was no announcement that there was a delay or explanation.. The Priority boarding is very poorly organised . when we were finally let out onto the tarmac there was a mad scramble by the non priority customers to get to the plane although the one lady in charge did control things to a degree I might add that at Gatwick going to Belfast the Priority boarding was a joke. If you are going to make customers queue in the corridor please put a sign up outside to indicate the you dont't have to queue"
Miinukset: "We have never flown Ryan Air before and are not from Europe. We booked or flight one day prior to the flight and were shocked to show up at the airport and pay 90 euro to check in at the airport. This is simply a price gouge. I understand a small, nominal fee for this but not 90 euro! That is asinine. I will purposely avoid Ryan Air in the future as this leaves a bad taste in my mouth."
Miinukset: "I was told next time I have to be careful with my carry-on because I'd have to pay £50 otherwise. However, my carry-on is TSA approved, it has a lot of pockets so it may appear to be a bit bigger but I don't overstuff and I've had no issue getting my bag into the overhead bin. Granted, the officer was kind when she said it, but I also measured my bag and weighed it before my flight and I shouldn't feel there should be an issue with my bag. On my return flight I had souvenirs in my bag (meaning more in my SAME bag) and no one said a word about my carry-on."

Miinukset: "There was no notification from cabin crew to advise us to ensure we collect our luggage BEFORE we go through the glass doors at Gatwick. We were expecting to show our passport and collect our luggage from the carrousel but didn't realise until after we went through the glass doors and had to wait over 40 mins for it to be brought to us. What was so astonishing- we were told we weren't the only ones this happened to. It would be very useful if cabin crew made the passengers aware of this to avoid it happening time after time with others/flights"
Plussat: "The price is the main reason to fly. It was on time and efficient. Would definitely ride this airline again."
Miinukset: "Restrictions on baggage made me have to rearrange. Nothing major, just a slight inconvenience."
Plussat: "Timings, the plane was fine for the short journey we had."
Miinukset: "The boarding process and difficulty in hearing the crew member as he had a very strong Eastern European accent"
Plussat: "Gave 1 star for food & entertainment as didn't buy food and of course too short for entertainment Would fly again with Ryan Air if they didn't insist on a printer boarding pass, too difficult."
Miinukset: "Having to print out a boarding pass is almost impossible when travelling as no access to a printer. The check-in area at Dublin as poor signage as I needed to get my booking pass stamped & passports checked The seats didn't recline & because I am not tall the head rest curve pushes my head forward (on most planes) have gap behind neck so very uncomfortable only helped by reclining seat. Boarding messy as no seat order called hence isles blocked, most planes load back seats first keeping isles free, this plane had back & front stair gangways but weren't told."
Plussat: "Price - boarding was good, especially considering plane was full."
Miinukset: "Punctuality - about 40 mins late both ways - I kinda factor that in now!!"
Plussat: "The flight was relatively on time and fairly smooth."
Miinukset: "I don't like the fact that you have to pay extra for EVERYTHING! For a boarding pass, for any luggage (other than a small carry-on), for a seat assignment and for a cup of tea on the plane, The flight is relatively inexpensive, but you end up paying a lot of money for the"

Miinukset: "waiting to take off . Flight boarded early then we sat on plane . 12.50 flight & arrived just before 15.00."
Plussat: "Cheap, quick, and safe flight."
Miinukset: "Because the tickets are so cheap, they try to get money out of you at every turn! They charged us $20 each to print our boarding passes at the airport (it wasn't enough to have them on our phones)! They make you pay to check a bag and you have to arrange it ahead of time (cannot ask to do it at the airport). They made a big fuss about the sizes of our bags and threatened to charge up to $55 per bag if they needed to check them at the gate! They have tiny compartments at the gate but our bags fit without any issues on the plane itself."
