Miinukset: Friendly flight attendants, more comfort . Better food. Faster service

Plussat: This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!

Miinukset: If I could change one thing it would be better food, or the drink protion size or just give out canned drinks. But over all the best flight I have taken in a long time!!

Plussat: Comfortable

Plussat: They were very nice! Always a smile, even after 10 hours with us!

Miinukset: Final snack was a ricotta pepper sandwich - which was kind of a weird choice. Kitkat was of course delicious. Beef stew for lunch was fine. but my meal come out with frost on it, so the salad was freezer burned and my dressing was unable to pour being frozen! no veggies for me! :)

Miinukset: Flew SAS Plus. Extra seat width and leg room made all the difference versus SAS Go. Money well spent.

Plussat: The seat was not as cramped as the Greenland Airways flight preceeding this.

Miinukset: Not having additional fees for baggage. Please disclose that as part of the ticketing.

Miinukset: Terrible airline, they charge for everything, but don’t give the client good service. I was yelled by a worker because I was having difficulties scanning my bag at the self-scanning-and-uploading-your-luggage that you pay $100 dollars extra Per bag. I don’t like this airline.

Miinukset: connection information very poor

Miinukset: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Plussat: The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable.

Miinukset: Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it.

Miinukset: - Leave in time - Working onboard entertainment system

Plussat: Free movies

Miinukset: Free wifi. Better movie selection

Plussat: Vegetarian option of the food. Constant hydration

Miinukset: WiFi

Miinukset: Very cramped seating, the 5 hour layover in Frankfort was rough, When we landed after 9 hours I wanted to use the restroom and the stewardess said we had to exit the plane immediately

Plussat: The audacity of your gross negligence in a time of global pandemic.

Miinukset: Any semblance of social responsibility or ethical behavior.

Plussat: inflight staff are good but on the ground staff at airport need a great deal of improvement

Miinukset: Delayed arrival at Bangalore by more than 1 hour.

Plussat: quality of plane

Miinukset: check in takes 30 minutes since my visa was in old passport

Plussat: comfortable seats, quick flight

Miinukset: in-seat entertainment and a full salami sandwich instead of half for snack
