Miinukset: "Our baggage was delayed coming off the plane in Seattle and getting to the carousel. When we were finally able to claim our baggage in customs, the gate said it was too late to re-check them through to Seattle, so they had to re-book us for a later flight. So after 13 hours of travel (with a toddler, which makes everything harder), we had to wait an unexpected 3 hours at Seatac to board a plane home. It was terrible. The BA representative at the baggage claim was incredibly dismissive and rude to everyone. It really was miserable."
Plussat: "Crew was very attentive and food and drink good as on most flight to and from City Airport. Seats very comfortable compared to main fleet. City Flyer is still worth paying the extra which most flight by main fleet ex Heathrow or Gatwick are not."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed and boarding not great as we were kept waiting in a hot bus outside the aircraft for 15 minutes"

Plussat: "This was such a pleasant experience at a time when “pleasant” is not the common adjective. The plane was clean and comfortable. There were lots of excellent movies. The vegetarian meal was actually lovely. I know; who ever says that?"
Miinukset: "The snack was an odd assortment of mushy vegetables in an approximation of a Greek salad. Not good."

Miinukset: "Flight attendants repeatedly increased the amount of alcohol given to drunk passengers while those passengers spilled food and drinks on me and could not keep their bodies out of my personal space."
Miinukset: "We were grounded for three hours, were not offered any food or drink, and when the plane finally took off the attendants offered meager food and charged for it. I would think the least they could’ve done Was to make it complementary.Bad manners by the airline."
Miinukset: "The flight staff of my flight to Amsterdam were horrendous. I was in an aisle seat and was woken up by the drink cart hitting my leg and a hot coffee being poured a good 7 inches from my face. This was not acknowledged or apologetic. They also took drink orders by shouting. They were easily the loudest people on the plane and made the flight way less comfortable than it could have been."

Miinukset: "This was a connecting flight and they should allow extra time when changing terminals. 2 hours was BARELY enough with 2 20 minute bus rides and a huge line at security, to top it off, 1/4 mile of moving walkway was shut down for no apparent reason. These are Heathrow issues, not really BA issues."
Plussat: "The flight attendants were all very nice. The flight was on time."
Miinukset: "I'm told (late) that BA does not subscribe to TSA prep in the USA. That meant going to the TSA line first, being rejected, going back to check-in to know the reason, then back to the standard long line. Once onboard my seat's entertainment system dies not work. 3 reset attempted with no luck. A month ago, on another long haul flight the same happened. Food was very bad. Salmon so overdone that it was hard to cut, overcooked vegetables and some lukewarm mash potatoes."
Plussat: "Not much - the entertainment choices were good and the flight was safe and smooth. Plus my bag turned up from Helsinki, Heathrow, Singapore, sydney"
Miinukset: "The biz class seats on BA are just horrible. The biz class service - BA aren’t even trying to match other airlines. A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"

Miinukset: "Very early flight for London. Very crowded. Boarding methods are once again slow by design. All the card holders get priority boarding , causing delays in general boarding do to folk standing around while putting stuff away."

Plussat: "The women at BA in Chicago O'Hare airport were awesome Christine, Carole, Diane & ankther one but I forgot the last lady's name. Very polite attentive and professional. We had a difficult situation & they helped us get through our problem with the less stress as possible!"
Miinukset: "Airplane food was a bit below average. Also there was not a good selection in music. I did not recognize 95% of the option of music to listen to."
Miinukset: "No USB ports and entertainment options were just OK compared to other airlines."
Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."

Miinukset: "At check in desk , i have been told that the ticket is suspended and cancelled !! I asked why ? She replied : contact british airways !! I was waiting more than 45 minutes standing looking for a solution before i miss the flight , until finally , i called the customer service( 25 minutes waiting) in LOndon , where they explained to the boarding desk that they should check the credit card to release the ticket !!!!"
Plussat: "The food out of London was excellent, as was the overall service."
Miinukset: "The flight was oversold and so I lost my seat, and had to wait on standby before I was given a seat, even though I had an assigned seat when I booked my ticket. Very bad!"

Plussat: "After a slight delay, the crew got everyone on board quickly, and we got off, making up some of the time we had lost. A real "greased landing" by the pilot, (I didn't know we were down till he hit the brakes)."

Miinukset: "The check in / baggage drop off took too long. There were only two workers in that section and for maybe arpund 10-20 mins there was only 1 person helping everyone. It was very frustrating, esp when there were 3 people working in the world club section when that line has fewer people in the first place. I suggest having the world club staff taking some of the regular customers and alternating with the world club members"

Plussat: "I liked how the Spanish Police Woman at the Passport station left her post at 6:50 am, with hundreds of people still on line for 0710 flights, knowing that her shift change came at 0700, to go "help" a pregnant woman who had fainted behind us! She did absolutely nothing to help out-but then conveniently was "replaced" by the next shift guy at 0700! What a farce!"
Miinukset: "Okay. We arrived at 0500 for our 0710 flight. British Airways had 3 or 4 stations open to process about 120 passengers-and the lines were painfully slow and inefficient. It was horrible. Finally, at 0630 we finished and then had to deal with the fiasco at passport control which was likely worse. You need to have more agents or kiosks so that people can print their own damn boarding passes. Get modernized! Stop being deliberately obstinate! Further, to charge passengers for coffee and poor snacks is abominable! No frills? Yeah, you can take that to the bank!!"

Plussat: "Boarding was on time, quick and easy. We were not delayed by much and time was made up in air. I had an empty seat next to me. Crew were friendly, fun, helpful and attentive."

Miinukset: "Aircraft entertainment screens were not working at all at a lot of seats. Airbus 330-300 was dated and the cabin amenities were in disrepair. But overall the flight satisfied everything that was needed!"

I didn’t want excess baggage their website automatically charged double - website said ecess charged automatic when checking in. Won’t use kayak again."

Miinukset: "They had us inside the airplane for 1.5 hours. We understand there was a bad weather but we could get on board when they are ready to depart. It is not nice to be 1.5 hours plus 8 hours traveling"

Miinukset: "This flight never indicated that there would be an additional charge for baggage. It cost me $400 extra dollars. The service for the airline was terrible and the layovers were horrible."

Miinukset: "THE PROBLEM IS THE SAME: WE PAID AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR LUGGAGES, HOWEVER WE HAD A NORMAL TICKET THAT INCLUDED THE PRICE. TRY TO PROVIDE THE MONEY BACK!"
Plussat: "Anything I liked feels inconsequential."
Miinukset: "My wife and I arrived to the airport for our honeymoon extremely excited. We had been saving for our trip to Italy for months, and we were finally going to get things started. Everything fell apart when we went to check in and we were told that my wife couldn’t use her ticket because she had changed her last name. We were told that there was no way that the name on the ticket could be changed because of TSA regulations. Of course, we were also told that we could have changed the name had we purchased a more expensive ticket. In other words, we were lied to and told the issue was regulation, when really they wouldn’t help us because we couldn’t afford a more expensive ticket. The only help we were given was the pleasure of paying over $1,500 more to get my wife on the flight. I am in the process of trying to get this refunded, but as of now we have paid twice for my wife to fly, and neither ticket has been refunded. We may have accidentally broken a rule, but the only function that rule seems to have is to make us pay twice for the same seat. As of now, I would never fly this airline again, and I would warn everyone away from it. I will update this post if TAP does the right thing by two honeymooners."

Miinukset: "The sizing device is much smaller than it needs to be for carry on roller bags. My bag was forced to be checked by the ground crew on this Tap flight. My bag is a normal sized carry on bag that has always fit on all flights. There was plenty of space on the aircraft for it. The ground crew also let others on with larger bags so they dont even apply their policy in a consistent manner. I will do my best to avoid TAP from now on."
