Lentojen peruuttaminen ja siirto aiheutti ylimääräistä tressiä ja lisäsi matkakustannuksia mm. Ylimääräisten hotellikulujen muodossa. Momondon käyttämä Tripmonster on nimensä mukainen hirviösysteemi, jonka tiedoittaminen ja etenkin tavoitettavuus on aivan luokatonta tasoa. En enää suostu ikinä ostamaan matkaa Momondon kautta jos he käyttävät Tripmonsteria.

It was freezing cold and they did not have extra blankets. It felt like my section kept getting skipped over for everything (food, liquids, general checking in to make sure people were okay). We boarded late, and left late. When I arrived the luggage took VERY long - almost an hour - to come out."

The actual flight was ok. But was a mess before departing AMS. My previous flight was late, so missed my connection in AMS. Then I spent over two hours getting things settled to get another flight. I was unable to complete my request online, and no one at KLM in AMS wanted to help. They kept giving me the run-around until I finally convinced them K was stuck without their personal help. It added a lot of stress (and about 5 more hours of transit time) to my overall journey.
Food and service were excellent. Some of the crew were wonderful.

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.
Koneeseen pakkautumista voisi järkevöittää, esim. rivi tai muutama kerrallaan, jottei syntyisi ryntäylyä ja hässäkkää.
Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
Hyvä, nopea lento, Hki lentoasemalla hyvä palvelu
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.

Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.

Teneriffan matkaselvitys tosi hidas ja ruuhkainen
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Pd for biz class, close to front, ran out of better options, didn't make sense. Cod is not on my list of something I would eat. Had problems with crew not requiring people on both sides of us at windows to close them so harder to sleep. Contacted CS, they wouldn't help in any way. Won't use them again, other choices.
Due to terminal renovations, there was inadequate seating. Couldn’t understand the gate agents announcements with her mask on. Could use more legroom in seats
Upon purchasing the ticket, it stated that, checked bags would be $30 each, so I expected to pay only $30 for my second bag, being as my first checked bag came with the price of the ticket….instead, I was charged $75 for my second bag and not $30, like the price I saw… :-( very disappointing.. I was tricked.,.

We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Miinukset: "Had to check in our underweight small carry on because there was no space left. Left out hotel at 3.15am. A dry croissant did not satisfy three hungry children for breakfast, the coffee was terrible and the seats too close together. Not a good experience."

For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good."

Miinukset: "BA doesn’t let you reserve seats when you book your flights, even for business class, never heard of that with any other airline, that’s just not right when you are spending so much money. Luckily for me the seat next to me was vacant, hence it was fine, otherwise it would have been very uncomfortable as it is a little too tight. on the 777 having 8 seats in a row is a tight space even with all the configuration."

Miinukset: "Seats are ridiculously small! I'm only 5'11" and could barely fit. I can't imagine what it's like for a taller man. It's also the first time I ever broke into a sweat on a flight. There are no overhead vents! Complaints to the staff were met with a surly reply that nothing could be done. Food was inedible. Movies were ok but they put the box for the equipment under the seat in front of you! What little space we have for our feet is now taken up by the entertainment equipment!! I've had much better experiences on discount regional airlines than on this trans-Atlantic "premium" carrier."

Miinukset: "The airline overbooked the flight and kicked us, along with 100 other passengers, off the flight and forced us onto a non-direct flight. They violated Passenger Rights, and every member of their staff treated us incredibly rudely. Due to their violations and illegal behavior, I am seeking legal counsel and plan to take the necessary action. I DO NOT recommend British Airways and will NEVER fly the airline again."
Plussat: "British Airway's service is cordial and comfortable, which goes a long way to making the entire trip the same. Obviously they have no or little control over potholes in the air and wind turbulence."
Miinukset: "The flight was scheduled to arrive 2 hours before our connecting BA flight departed Heathrow. Unfortunately because of loading delays on our original flight, we arrived in Heathrow 40 minutes late. The crew said that 60 minutes is the designated minimum but we used all of the 80 minutes plus, and it airport was NOT crowded. If BA is connecting to BA, then you have a responsibility ahead of time to address this problem and keep connecting passengers from getting overly distressed in a strange airport."

Miinukset: "When the person in front of you lowers his seat 5 minutes after takeoff and keeps it down the whole flight, it makes it hard to eat and really uncomfortable. I have a LOT of miles (avieos or whatever they call them) but never get offered an upgrade to economy plus like I do on other airlines."
Plussat: "Flight attendants were very pleasant. Blankets were nicer than most. Headrests on seat were good once figured out how to adjust it."
Miinukset: "It is bad enough being in economy seats on international flights, but now the box holding the electronics for the entertainment system takes up about 1/3rd of the under seat space. So trying to stretch out and sleep was very difficult and uncomfortable. Curry chicken was disgusting."
Plussat: "Boarding was smooth, the attendants attendant, the food surprisingly good, and the entertainment outstanding. An entire library of in-flight movies, a display of where your flight is in the world, a few in-lfight games and even an in-flight chatroom."
Miinukset: "A few times, I feel like the attendants either didn't notice me."
