It was just ok, flight attendants seemed tired and annoyed, they were not pleasant and welcoming.

Miinukset: "Originally, they were putting me on a flight connecting through Atlanta. However, I was traveling with my brother and there was only one seat on it. After looking again, we were put on a much better route through Detroit. I did not have a seat on the second leg and was stressed that I could get bumped. I made the flight but was given a middle seat. Since I have clostrophobia I began to panic. My brother sacrificed his exit row seat for me. He had booked through Delta. I wondered if he got better treatment because of that"

Miinukset: "flights all on Delta - about one a week for 3 months straight - and yet when Delta cancelled my flight and re-booked they did not give me any upgrade or loyalty as I saw it - I had paid extra for Delta Comfort and they told me the flight they re-booked me on simply did not have any comfort available. However, I was not the one canceling the flight and re-booking - that is their problem and after so much loyalty for years I feel like I should have gotten some kind of upgrade for free...If I have to cancel - I have to pay fees - but if they cancel - I lose ...despite being a very loyal SkyMiles customer. I am quite disillusioned with Delta now and will have to look around to see what other airlines there are now - and my entire family - and what kind of loyalty they give to their loyal customers. It needs to be a two-way"
Plussat: "The last time we flew Delta, we were underwhelmed. Our flight was delayed several hours and there was nothing exceptional about it when it did finally leave. That was 5 years ago, and there's been a lot of changes. There I'd now in-flight entertainment, reasonably comfortable seats, and everything was on time."
Miinukset: "Virtually no food options."
Plussat: "Although we ended up being stuck on the plane for 2 hours prior to take off due to high volume, weather and as the pilot put it, "possible military activity" the crew kept us informed every step of the way. There was one flight attendant in particular who was so full of energy and made the unfortunate circumstances not so bad. She entertained us and kept us in the loop the entire time as did the pilots. It made the 2 hours not feel so bad which was appreciated."
Miinukset: "That we were delayed on the plane for two hours on a small plane but I know it was out of their control."
Plussat: "There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"

Miinukset: "Five minutes before the scheduled boarding time, it was announced the flight was delayed by 1 hour 25 minutes. I am almost certain this was not weather-related, according to flight trackers. I understand that weather delays are essentially out of airlines' hands. However, if the delay is caused for other reasons like "mechanical issues", or any other errors or miscommunications within the airline itself, then they should be held liable. My time is worth money, so any delays not weather-related should result in a reasonable refund based on the duration of the delay. An apology doesn't placate customers' frustration and inconvenience due to delays."
Plussat: "The flight was practically empty!"
Miinukset: "Paid for comfort, Delta offered free drinks to everyone. Unfortunately though the flight attendant did not bring us the alcohol we ordered and mixed 3 different kinds of whiskey into two glasses! We always are given our bottles separate from the mixer. Oh well. Did to being in so late it took us an hour to get a cab in Detroit."
Miinukset: "Got put on standby despite having purchased my ticket over 1 month in advance"
Miinukset: "The flight left three hours late while the crew was waiting for an oxygen tank to arrive. We were boarded onto the plane after it was nearly an hour and a half late, then waited in out cramped seats for another hour and a half as we continued to wait for the same piece of equipment. At one point a Delta employee announced over the plane's PA system that we'd be getting vouchers to compensate us for this absurd delay, but there was no explanation of how to claim those vouchers."

Miinukset: "head of the stewards was nasty with everybody, not polite and passive aggressive. Very poor food selection, even if you paid for it."
Miinukset: "Due to weather patterns, we sat on the runway for 3 hours waiting to take off. There was approx. 50+ planes ahead of us. I know this because I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot on his way home. About 2 hours in, there was 30 planes left to take off, and then us. They air traffic control people were only letting off one plane per minute which is what was holding us. THEN after the 3 hours on the runway, our crew timed out and the brought us back to gate saying we were not taking off. At the gate, they informed us the flight was not 'cancelled' but 'delayed' to the following morning. I/m not sure how a 16 hour difference is considered 'delayed', but I digress. All Delta reps had NO idea the time of the new flight the following morning and told us all to just 'keep checking the app'. Now, fortunately for me I live in Brooklyn and could just go home. But what about everyone who was at LGA as a layover? I heard from multiple passengers they had to spend the night in a hotel, that Delta did not pay for. We finally got notice the new flight was scheduled for 9:30AM, which they AGAIN delayed until 11:30AM. Many people did not get the second change, and were already at LGA for the 9:30AM flight. To say Delta's handling of this was poor is an understatement. We knew when we got on that plane the crew was going to time out. Again, I was sitting next to an off-duty pilot who told me to 'get comfy, we're gonna be here awhile' the minute I sat down. Delta should have given us a fresh crew, or had a backup one prepared. I understand the weather is out of there control, and I understand you can't have a tired crew piloting an airplane, but there are other ways to have us take off remotely on schedule."
Plussat: "For a short-haul flight on a small CRJ, it was the most pleasing and comfortable flight. No delays and everyone was pleasant from ground staff to flight crew."
Plussat: "Wheeler chair service is available"
Miinukset: "Gate changed in the last minute and non-English speaking wheeler chair customer (my 89 years old mother) was left at the old gate by their wheeler chair services and no agent at the gate knew about her. Both round trip flights! This is totally NOT acceptable. She could have been lost and with no ability to help herself and miss the flights. It was lucky that she found Chinese speaking customers to help her."
Miinukset: "Delta doesn't manage their flight schedules and personnel with backup or standby crew in order to assist whenever there are delays across domestic flights. The plane was late to arrive at the gate and we were also told that while the pilot was ready to take off, we couldn't leave because we were waiting for a flight attendant to land from Pittsburgh (we were in La Guardia airport in NYC). delta would rather I convenience the flyer instead of hiring more personnel or figuring out standby or backup plans for delayed flights."
Plussat: "Flight attendant had nice attitude."
Miinukset: "I asked for an aisle seat to provide relief to my right leg. I was given an aisle on my left. This was compounded by sitting next to a man so large that part of my space was taken, and this was Delta Comfort. Had I been given the requested seat, I would not have the sore neck and back I now have from leaning for 2 hours."
Plussat: "Seats were reasonably comfortable."
Miinukset: "Boarding process was ok (they bused us over to the plane and then had us walking out halfway to the plane's stairs before frantically sending us back on the bus because the plane wasn't cleaned yet). Not a big deal but we were traveling with a 10 month old so miscommunications like that cause a larger inconvenience than usual. The real downer on the flight was when we needed hot water quickly to warm our infant's bottle. The stewardess had begun beverage service and was about 8 rows away from us. My wife hit the call button, expecting the stewardness to come over somewhat quickly. Instead, she just continued beverage service and got to us about 15 mins later. By that point it was too late and the baby was wailing from hunger. When we asked why, knowing that we had a small child, the stewardness didn't just push the cart forward and attend to us more quickly, she said she didn't want to do that. No apology, not even a sense of remorse. At the end of the day, a customer's experience will always be tainted by poor service and that is what we received on our flight."
Miinukset: "Out of all the airlines I have flown, this was quite disorganized in my opinion. The fact that I was not able to select a seat, nor did I have one assigned to me until prior to an hour before boarding, gave me a bit of anxiety. I don't think it's fair to take away this option to those that get the "cheap, standard" tickets."
Plussat: "From curbside check-in to landing the plane, overall excellent service ! Very pleased to find out they offered a shuttle from checkin to the gate. I am having knee surgery soon and the walk from security to gate 34 LaGuardia would have put me over the top with pain! It was a very nice gentleman that gave me a ride to the gate and even stopped to let me use the bathroom. Thumbs up *****"
Miinukset: "The fact that I was charged $150 to check a small cosmetics bag is no loose change ! I would have carried it on but my hand is in a brace and I has to have extensive surgery. Then yoy get to the gate, and they repeatedly asked for volunteers to check their bags for free. I think this is a very unfair policy and try to explain it to the curbside attendant. I literally cannot carry more than five pounds in my left hand until I get bone replacement surgery. I'm also having knee surgery soon and this small additional weight would be caused me excruciating pain ! They didn't care and still charged me $150 for a bag thats no bigger than 12 inches and weighs less than ten pounds. Thats the way you treat your first class passengers? One other quick note: the sausage and egg sandwich? that was served for breakfast was absolutely horrible! Thumbs down !"
Plussat: "Delta changed me to another flight without charge and the rep was very accommodating and pleasant"
Miinukset: "Multiple delays, from 8:15 to 8:49 to 9:05 to 9:39 to 10:12 to 10:19 to 10:25. I am not joking. Honestly, if the delay is due to 'maintenance' for an incoming plane that has not left its originating destination, why quote any time at all? The check in rep did provide an announcement at 8:15 that although the time of departure had moved to 9:05 , he did not see how that was possible since our plane was on the ground in Richmond undergoing maintenance. I was in LGA. When I heard that, I changed to another flight, so the outcome was not as bad as it could have been. I am aware of these other times since my email is packed with Delta's notifications, which I welcome usually."
Plussat: "Everything was smooth. Short flight, but they offered us refills on drinks, which I've never experienced before. Polite staff, great flight. Thanks!"

Miinukset: "grounded in charlotte for over an hour despite captain giving false estimates and assurances over intercom. leg room tight and my chair could not lean back."

Good

Courteous and helpful. Comfortable, spacious seats. Arrived quite late which put pressure on connecting flight. Ground service to mitigate the late arrival was almost nonexistent and the one person I found to ask for help was rude and not the least bit interested in being of service.

Miinukset: "The business class seats on Turkish fully recline which is my top criteria. The window seats don't have direct aisle access though. The food was good as always on the flight. The weakest part of their offering is in the entertainment area where the movies are out of date and the TV series haphazard."
Plussat: "Cheap flight. 2 bags allowance. Despite mess with delay flight and cancelation baggage arrived with me."
Miinukset: "Delay was 1.5 hour. No weather condition just their internal problems. Missed connection in Istanbul. 5 hours waiting . The worst airport i know . No benches to sit or regular waiting areas. Terrible food. Choice fish or pasta... no meat."
Miinukset: "I was not notified, until I was already at JFK, about a 3hr50min delay in departure from JFK due to mechanical that happened in Istanbul many many hours before. Then the connecting flight at 11:15am IST/TLV was fully booked and I was booked only at 13:30 IST/TLV and therefore arrived more than 7 hours after my original schedule - due to a mechanical. According to IATA and international rules I am now due a full refund on my flight cost and will start proceedings against Turkish Airlines for this money. It was a nightmare for all the hours waiting. We also had to deplane in IST from the JFK flight on steps rather than into a gate!! Same with the TLV/IST flight. Terrible."

Plussat: "I was impressed by how Turkish Air treated me when I missed my connecting flight in Istanbul It was confusing to say the least but once I got to the right location they could not have been any friendlier, kinder, or gracious My hats off to Turkish Air THANK YOU"
Miinukset: "It was a tight space and they kept giving me things (pillow,blanket, slippers and socks, and headphones) that I didn’t need or have room for I appreciate the thought Return trip I’ll be more aware and decline what I don’t need"
Plussat: "Food on flight was good, captain was good pilot"
Miinukset: "Flight from NY to Thessaloniki had a medical emergency. Plane was diverted to Manchester Airport in England to help patient on flight. This caused over 3.5 hour late arrival into Istanbul. This caused me to miss onnnection flight. There was very poor information or guidance by staff once we arrived into airport. I had to walk long long distances from the gate without assistance. I had requested wheelchair assistance considering I just had spinal cord surgery and In need of assistance. I was forced to stay over night in Istanbul and waited over 12 hours next day in airport for next available flight to Thessaloniki. I missed my brothers wedding night and could not be his best man for wedding from ordeal which was not fair! I also payed a premium price close to 1000k USA dollars for flight I could of booked many tickets with such a long layover and extra expenses buying a visa and food for half the fare I payed. This was not fair especially when a plane is diverted for medical emergency! To top it all off being a medical doctor I loaned and assisted staff with passenger and offered my consultation. services to emergency medical physician whom was called by crew for help and finally which reccomended to divert flight to Manchester to assist the passenger In crisis! Plussat: "The food, comfort and wine on Turkish Airlines was wonderful."
Miinukset: "Turkish Airline’s needs to improve their online experience. Please just pay someone to fix it - you don’t have the city of Los Angeles as a option for home address. In case TA’s web developers are reading this, Los Angeles is the city with LAX in it. I guess you don’t have to know every city, but maybe download a complete list of cities and use that? There are lots of open source options and I can help you, if it gets confusing. Or, alternatively, allow users to type their city with a keyboard. Scrolling through every city in the state of California is not easier than typing Los Angeles. Especially when arriving at Los Gatos and thinking “wait... did I miss it?” That’s not the only thing wrong with your website, but start here. Look Turkish airlines is wonderful, I’m just saying that it was hell actually buying a ticket and signing up for your rewards program."
Plussat: "1. I had one empty seat next to me. 2. Australian Open (tennis) was live on my tv screen!"

Plussat: "Turkish airlines is the only airlines I fly with for many reasons. Their quaility is a lot better than most of the airlines out there. ( I've flown with many) Although it does tend to be a little bit more expensive it's deffinetly worth it in my opinion."
Miinukset: "However, unfortunately I have noticed a decline in their service. The food was not as great as it usually is. I had salmon and it was very dry. With the amount of money given to the flight they could have paid attention to it more. It also happened to be my birthday on the flight and my friend who was flying with me called the airlines to ask if there was anything special that can be done. Happily they said that they did do celebrate birthdays and anniversarys. Sadly though nothing was done. Overall was it horrible I would say no but they are starting to loose quality"

Miinukset: "Flight from JFK was delayed, and as a result we've lost our luggage. Unfortunately, Turkish airlines has no delivery service at Kharkiv, which is absolutely inconvenient."

Plussat: "The food was impeccable- would compete favorably against Etihad, Singapore, Cathay or Emirates Courteous crew who would be the very best with some more training in making customers feel special. Excellent business cabin"

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed at the gate from a late arrival that lead to a 2 hour delay on the tarmac. Handled well by the staff, but if we were on time to begin with, we probably would not have been further delayed."
Miinukset: "The flight left early, without me. Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"
Plussat: "The seats were okay and entertainment was okay. But other than that -"
Miinukset: "Don't sit in row 27. You will be the last people on the plane served...unfortunately that means that the row behind gets food about 45 min before you do. And overall - it took about 4 hours to get our first meal."
Plussat: "I have to say that I flew with different companies in my life, Turkish surprised me with the extra luggage and the quantity of food ( I am vegan and they gave me 2 yummy vegan meals). Also the sear were more comfortable than I expected"
Miinukset: "First of all the staff needs to work on their customers service. The flight was 1 hour and 45 min late and I had another flight to get in Istanbul to get to my final destination. I almost did not make it. The staff never gave us an explanation about what happened at the JFK I flew for 10 hours scared and stressed out. I asked the staff if it was possible at the time of landing to get out with the business class or somehow to get out before everybody else, but they were completely useless. Also in the middle of the flight a woman started feeling very bad. She had an intense migraine because of the high pressure, clearly the woman was not used to fly very often. The poor woman was ill and the entire crew was surrounding her. 7 ppl standing in the way of customers, a male attendant touched my shoulder with his private parts at least 5 times. Also every time they passed by the would hurt my shoulder or my arm with out even apologize. What kind of customer service is this? Forgetting about all the other passengers? Creating a situation of panick just because of how unprofessional they are? You can be the most comfortable or cheapest airline company and add all the luggage and food you want but if your crew doesn't know anything in customer service the customer will fly with a different company next time!"
Plussat: "It was my first time flying with Turkish airlines. I was surprised that economy class was treated like first class in other airlines. I felt like a queen! The food was just unbelievably good (usually I'm not excited about food on planes). I can't imagine what experience you get in actual first class then. Great job! Please, never change it!"
Miinukset: "The boarding starts an hour before departure. It's overkill. But if it makes you do your job the way you do, that's awesome."
Miinukset: "I t would have been much better to have a faster check in process"
Plussat: "Almost everything but the checkin process at JFK with Turkish Air agent speaking poor English and casting doubt that everything is going to be fine with my trip. Instead she was reacting "the rules are changing every day" and didn't not weather I should need visa for my native country (?!) although I have showed I was born in that country (Macedonia) and the holders of US passports (which I am) -- do not need entry visa to that country. Everything else was good or excellent -- especially food and airplane crew."

Plussat: "I am a frequent Turkish Airways travel and have always enjoyed my experiences with Turkish Airways."
Miinukset: "My seat was not functioning so I was not able to recline to more comfortably sleep during the flight. The flight was an overnight flight from NYC-JFK to Istanbul, i.e. so a VERY long flight! A flight attendent was not able to get the seat to recline either and said she'd come back to help with another seat or some other solution, but never returned. Plussat: "The service I received on Turkish Airlines was excellent. I live in rural Rwanda and it was really nice to actually sit back, relax, and not worry about getting to where I was going. The staff was courteous and friendly and even let me keep my can of tomato juice. These may seem like small things to you but it made me feel at home for the first time in over a year and I want you guys to know I truly appreciated it. Miinukset: "As our first flight got delayed, me and 28 other pallengers flying to israel told the airline agents that we would miss our connection flightfrom turkey to israel. The supervisor assured us that we have nothing to worry about, as the second plane would wait as we are many passengers.however when we landed in turkey the connection flight had already left without us. When trying to speak to turkish airline representatives about getting a new flight, they were super UNhelpful, we waited in very long lines and were required so go to a few different parts of the airport to get a new ticket, a process that was not friendly at all and very frustrating. After about 2 hours of waiting on lines, i got a flight that required me to wait 7 hours in the airport and measley voucher for a very small fast food meal. When i asked to be admitted to the lounge (as i waited 7 hours in the airport due to the airlines mistake), they did not agree to grant me access. When i asked to at least get the wifi code from the lounge so i can tell my familly that i am stuck on turkey, this was also rejected. While waiting in the airport, i spoke to many other people on other flights who had been stuck in the airport under very simillar circumstances, some even worse than mine. I also have many friends who have experiences simillar experiences with turkish airlines. If you are looking for a reliable flight, that will get you to your destination on time and will help you out when a problem occurs, Turkish airlines is deffinetelly NOT the flight for you. I personally will never fly with them again after the way i was treated."

The entire flight was stuck in the airport for while without any information. Miinukset: "Seats are hilariously small. I know you're thinking "they're all like that." They're NOTHING like any other airlines. I've flown the following for reference: Lufthansa Air Swiss Delta Air France Air Arabia Saudi Airlines Egypt Air and a couple more I can't think of right now. I'm a very medium sized build and really short (5' 6") and I was so uncomfortable I wanted to (and probably will) cancel my return flight with them. My wife's back is still hurting from that flight. The staff are just plain awful save for 2 flight attendants. Out of 2 flights so far. I was told afterwards that this is commonplace when flying Turkish Airlines. For fairness sake I should mention that both Egypt Air and Saudi Airlines were worse. Whatever money you think you're saving by flying this atrocity you're gonna be spending on fixing your neck and back. Spend the extra and go with Swiss or even Delta. Avoid this rubbish"

Miinukset: "Provided bassinet is much too small for even a 17 months old. Also very hard bedding made it impossible for the kid to sleep. We observed same with the other parents. Alone with that, the height of the bassinet makes it easy for the kid to get distracted. WORSE PART: Our daughter couldn't get comfortable to sleep and got fussy, so I took her for a walk which didn't help much. Since it was bedtime 11pm with 0 to little traffic, and to avoid her crying from disturbing everyone I resorted to one of the bathrooms with her. She did fall asleep for about 1 hour until one the FA came literally BANGING on the door. Very rude even after I calmly explained the situation. So sorry for such people with no compassion nor understanding in their hearts."

Mid flight, my daughter asked to switch with me since the guy next to her kept asking personal questions and was making her uncomfortable. Second, the in flight entertainment did not work. Third, I had pre-ordered a diabetic meal, they “think they may have given it to someone else.” Fourth, one hour delay making for a tight connection. And finally... they lost my suitcase. Should arrive in a few days."

On top of it, the flight that was provided as an alternative was again with a stopover, so now, we had two stop over and extra 14 hours of layover time. Did not offer hotel stay or transit visa. was stuck in airport. Very much disappointed with Lufthansa. Will never take this flight nor will allow my friends and family to take one ever again."

Also, the aircraft and seats were terribly uncomfortable (Boeing 747-8 Economy). Boarding took forever as well. Overall a very shocking experience from a very experienced airline otherwise."

Miinukset: "The flight was late boarding and late arriving in Munich. I had a connecting flight to make and that was a harrowing experience. I had no precedence offers the other passengers in deplaning. I was given no help in making my connecting flight. I had to queue up for border control. I had to go up and down numerous escalators. I was stopped by a policeman asking for papers which I had already given to border control. I had to take a train and change terminals. My connecting flight was departing from the farthest gate possible in the terminal. I was running the entire time, and I barely made it. Had I not been running, I would have missed my connection."

This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

Miinukset: "Ridiculous policy that couldn't get seat until 23 hours in advance, then that wasn't even true. Then misinformed me about what kind of seat I had been assigned. Then insisted I check a bag that did not need to be checked. Then the food was inedible. Flight happened to be late so I missed my connection, and they offered some more misinformation in that regard; There were of course human beings (staff) to deal with, but they had been reduced by Lufthansa's rules and systems so they were just robots, repeating over and over again inflexible policies. Horrible!"
Plussat: "This leg of my trip went well and was fairly comfortable. The entertainment was good, and the food was fine."
Miinukset: "The attendents at the gate in Newark were very unhelpful and unfriendly when I asked them about whether I needed to let someone know that I need a vegetarian meal, since I was not prompted by that question in my booking. They told me I was out of luck and it was too late. Luckly, there was a vegetarian option on the plane, despite their response, but because of this, I bought food at the airport before the flight."
Plussat: "The crew was really nice and helpful"
Miinukset: "The person sitting next to me on my right side was disrespectful and putting his head and legs up on my seat even after I told him not to do that and even spoke with the flight attendant. I felt uncomfortable with his behavior and the way it was managed by just telling him not to do that. I asked for a different seat but wasn't moved. For the price I paid for the seat and his behavior of taking up my spot and the empty spot in between us (he took up 2 chairs because he was laying down to sleep) I was very disappointed and uncomfortable during the flight."
Miinukset: "i missed this connection was put on a united flight and was bumped down from business to economy. no apologies, no effort whatsoever to make up"
Miinukset: "Seats were beyond uncomfortable unless someone was shorter than 5 feet tall. Zero amenities. I know it was the economy section but our 4 tickets were close to $6000.00. A few perks would have been appreciated."
Miinukset: "The flight was cancelled, I waited on the service center line for over 3 hours and in the end had to take a 8hr train ride in order to get to not completly miss my sailing trip. I arrivd to my boat 10hrs late when I was scheduled to take a 1.5hr flight and would have arrived 5 hours early."
Plussat: "Big plane and there is a lower level for toilets that makes it easy for passengers to access and not be close to bathrooms"
Miinukset: "Movies choices were not current. Haven been on Delta and United, the choices on Lufthansa were not that good."

Miinukset: "The crew on the flight was really loud and talked about unprofessional things. Every time I was woken up it was by a flight attendant talk to another attendant really loud across the plane. Also, this was advertised as Lufthansa but was actually United. Kayak seems to do this frequently, and as a customer it is confusing and disappointing."
Plussat: "Plane was delayed because of a computer problem which the Captain suggested was the fault of United. Seats really crammed. Never able to successfully use the WiFi. Newark is a terrible airport!"

Miinukset: "Good for entertainment but the headphone insert in my particular seat would only play through one ear. Not a headphone issue, they worked fine in another screen. Inconvenient for a long flight."
Plussat: "Great entertainment package. IFE was great, large screen, with a variety of choices. Lavatories are very spacious on A340-600 (lower deck)"
Miinukset: "The amount of space at the rear of the aircraft is incredibly limited. I was sitting in row 57 and due to the narrowing of the fuselage toward the back, the seats are narrower, some without arm rests and people going to the back of the aircraft keep bumping into seated passengers. Leg room as incredibly limited. This is not acceptable for a major airline. The terminal at Newark is rather old and not the cleanest. Due to the lack of clear communication, most passenger were confused at to the order of boarding."
Plussat: "I was bumped up to Economy Plus which gave me lots of leg room on a half empty flight. New plane was great"
Miinukset: "You lost my baggage! I checked it over to domestic in Newark, but despite the 3.5 hour turnaround time you still managed to leave my bags, and those of several other people on my flight to CVG, in Newark"

Plussat: "That the flight left on time and arrived early. The flight attendant was very friendly but knew his job well, and went the extra mile to be sure we were all comfortable."
Miinukset: "That the plane seemed noisy (from the back row at least). That the flight attendant did not help me find my seat. After travelling almost 24 hours I was tired and was trying to find the seat using the boarding gate number. I figured out I should have been in 9 D by the end of the flight. Instead I sat in the last row because it was empty and there was not a seat 26A. I almost missed this flight because my boarding pass said 26A and really it was 27A. I did look at the board. I did not compare the board to the ticket, and the numbers were so close my tired brain thought they matched. When it was time to board I checked at gate 26A and she sent me around the construction. I told the guy there (27A) I was looking for 26A and he said to go around the construction. I told him they sent me to him and he insisted I go around the construction. I would have missed the plane if someone else had not come up just then and said he was going to Richmond. At that point I told the guy I was too, and he checked my ticket. Some of the problem was my tired brain and you cannot fix that. Perhaps when someone tells your employee that they have already been sent around the construction the employee should just check the ticket instead of trying to send them back."

Miinukset: "Seats have too little legroom. Even pushed to back in seat, my knees pushed seat in front of me. Not on person seemed to watch entertainment, because of the program you have to sign up for. Seems like basic tv or so could be free, even if there is charge for movies."
Plussat: "However the connecting time for MUC to HEL was bit more."
Plussat: "Smooth and quick ride."
Miinukset: "There was a metal rod situation under the seat in front of me, which meant my bag wouldnt even fit, not to mention my legs. Also, I am not the biggest fan of flying and I started feeling sick at the end of the flight - kept it to myself but asked the flight attendant if I could have 2 sparkling waters and an orange juice (just to have it in front of me when I need it and not to bother anyone). I received what I asked for with an eye-roll and a shocked face. Just be nice - that's all."
Plussat: "The in-flight crew was nice and accommodating, to be expected after the delay. The entertainment system had many movies that were neither dubbed into nor subtitled in English or any other language I understood (such as Goodbye, Lenin, a film I love and have seen with subtitles). The gluten-free meal was bland, perhaps to be expected but as it was my first time ordering one, I wouldn't have known what to expect."
Miinukset: "Worst of all was the cold, unconcerned manner of a young woman who did most of the attending the crowd of delayed passengers at the counter. I don't ask for abject deference, but she seemed unmoved by our plight and was cold bordering on unpleasant when dealing with different passengers' delay dilemmas. This young woman was American of African descent; for the record, I am as well, which made me think she just took a dislike to me, but she didn't appear to be much nicer to anyone else and just could not be bothered in the midst of the nearly three-hour delay, a major hassle for everyone including the airline. For what it's worth, her name starts with an N. (I didn't have my contacts on) Another major fail was the Lufthansa crew's assurance ahead of the flight that we would be rebooked on later flights after missing our connections. This promise was made rather breezily; clearly those making it in New York didn't have to deal with the business end of a tired, disgruntled crowd trying to cope with the fallout of missed connections. Once we got to Frankfurt, there was one lady holding a sign aloft; the sign bore the names of presumably first or business class passengers who would be shuttled to their new gates. That lady impatiently waved people from the steerage (aka economy) mob away and towards three overwhelmed Lufthansa agents helping people locate their new flights and gates. The gentleman who helped me sent me, and, I'm guessing, quite a few of my hapless fellow travellers, to gate A13 to collect my new boarding pass. Not knowing the airport at all, I followed a set of signs that took me through a monorail to an access area that - surprise! - I could not enter with my outdated boarding pass. Finally an airport official helped the group of A13-bound passengers to the Lufthansa check-in counter, where yet another Lufthansa agent disappointed in his dealing of the situation. Had I not stated that I refused to queue up or to countenance my long-suffering fellow passengers doing so, he would have had us wait in line, including one young woman about to miss a second flight. The agent at the desk was very friendly, but all in all I found the airline's responsiveness to the evolving situations of its steerage passengers (a significant chunk of its income) a great disappointment. I don't expect I'll give the airline a second chance. There's too much good service to be had from Arabian Gulf-based airlines at comparable fares."

Miinukset: "Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good."

Miinukset: "Boarding was very confusing. There was an area where they were checking people's bags or something near the gate and you didn't know if you needed to stop at it or continue. They didn't collect garbage before landing. Not only did we have to take our bags off the plane, we had to carry our garbage (drink cups/food served) to the front of the plane to throw out."
Plussat: "The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area)."
Miinukset: "Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything."

Miinukset: "We boarded the plane at the time the flight was supposed to depart without explanation as to why there was a delay. Then we sat on the plane for two hours without explanation again. Landed 45 minutes after the originally planned time. Our connecting flight to athens was going to depart in 15 minutes, but left us and 58 other passengers. Poor communication to the passengers and then poor communication or help from the airline. If they would’ve waited 15 minutes, 60 people could’ve made their connection. Instead we have to wait 6-7 hours to board another flight. The customer service at the Moscow airport was sad... only two people at the desk for 60+ customers needing new flights because of their unexplained late departure."

The police agreed that they get lots of complaints from this airline. The crew on board was just as nasty. If you spoke russian you got treated better."

Miinukset: "The flight attendants were slow and unprofessional. It took 3 hours to get dinner. Other airlines manage to feed passengers in Economy within an hour on the similar flight. But the worst part was that my luggage went missing. After it was found nobody let me know so it was just sitting there for three days before I could get a hold of someone. And then after multiple calls they finally said it would take another 5 days to be delivered 200 miles. So I ended up having to go get it myself. Not as much as an apology from them. Aeroflot is absolute garbage. Stay away from them."

Miinukset: "They sent me an email to check in online, so I did checked in one day previous to my flight but it is a waste of time because you still need to make a huge line to check in again and get the printed boarding pass."

Plussat: "Everything about this direct flight from JFK to Moscow was excellent. Boarding went very smoothly as they were strict about loading from the back to the front of the plane. Anyone who tried to circumvent this was sent back to their line. The food was not memorable but perfectly fine and we got 2 full meals— dinner and breakfast— plus several beverage services and a snack. The entertainment interface works well, although they could offer more movies and tv series for sure. The seats are very comfortable and have decent leg room—although I am only 5’2. The crew was exceptionally professional and pleasant. The bathrooms are larger than standard and they offer disposable toothbrushes. Some of my friends made jokes about our flying Aeroflot, but their perceptions are clearly outdated. This is a very good airline from this flight experience. I hope it holds up on our return."

Miinukset: "I booked my tirkcet online - and when I happily got to the airport and tried to check in - AEROFLOT personnel saw my reservation but actually ticket wasn't issued - so I was standing there with all my luggage and no ticket. already spent money on taxi cabs etc all I could do was to buy ANOTHER over expensive ticket - with loads of stress. when I landed in russia I received a cancellation notice from Flight Network. this is unacceptable and I am very disappointed that I have to spend so much extra money in the end and wasted so much of my nerves and time!"

Miinukset: "The security clearance took more than an hour and I missed the next flight from Moscow to New Delhi. Despite repeated request from the staff, I received no expedited clearance. The line moved at a very slow pace. This where the problems started. I was blamed for the delay and was told that my ticket has been cancelled and was asked to buy a new ticket at an excessive price. The staff at Moscow airport was really rude and worked at a such a slow pace. I was fourth in the line and yet it took me more than three hours to talk to the person. He simply took 2-3 minutes and faulted me for the missed flight. I was told to come up with money or simply live on the terminal. After a grueling arguments for more than 5-6 hours, finally I was given another flight. I did not waste even a minute in reaching to the terminal. I did not even use restroom. I felt repeatedly insulted by the Moscow Airport staff of Aeroflot. They kept on talking about the rules and faulted me for being late."

Miinukset: "I had received a boarding pass to the gate #15 and was waiting next to that gate for the boarding. Sheremetievo changed it to the gate #2 and call my last name with completely wrong pronunciation. When I realized that my plane is leaving I had to run more than 1 mile to the gate #2 for the 3 min. You have to be a world champion to do it in time so I was 2 min late. The company forced me to buy a new ticket for $100 from Moscow to St Petersburg and said that they never recognize that that is their fault. Several other people were late to that plane."

Miinukset: "The parents request for me to move my seat to the upright position despite the family having the entire row of seats available for them to rearrange their positions within. The crew initially asked me to upright my seat, but upon realizing I was out of space they asked the family to respect my allotted space as well. There was no in-flight entertainment - boo! The food... Interesting at best. And my assigned crew for food service purposefully did not offer refills on my water and it was impossible to get his attention!"

Miinukset: "I paid Kayak and it's intermediary justfly.com extra money to sit in a window seat. I wound up sitting in the last row, middle seat, with a broken TV that was "rebooting" the whole flight. I couldn't recline my chair because I was up against the back wall. When I politely said that I paid more for a window seat, and asked to look for an empty seat, the flight attendant brought over a security guard, and warned me that if I continued to "complain", that I would be asked to leave the plane. I kept my mouth shut, and demanded my upgrade fee back from Just Fly after the flight returned. Very rude crew."
Miinukset: "Crew member named Alexander was very very rude with us and other family. When we asked for his full name to file the complaint he refused to give his last name I believe crewmembers should be trained well and know how to communicate with the customers .very very disappointed"
Miinukset: "The plane is narrow. They want to get as many people as possible on the expense of the comfort. Everyone is literally sitting on each other's lap. For the whole 9 hours there were no entertainment on board. The monitors on the left side of the plane didn't work. My kids went nuts! The flight attendant offered me to catch the technician who inspected the plane instead of complaining to the crew. Really??? I wanted to read a book, but didn't have a light over my head. Also the technician's fault. I don't think I'll ever fly this company again. I'd rather pay more and have a good experience."

Miinukset: "Never saw any alcohol on flight except wine with dinner. Did I miss something? Also - boarding bus to take passengers to second leg of trip to Warsaw was an ordeal. We stood 20-30 minutes before the 10-15 bus trip on a bumpy road to the plane. Thought I was headed to the gulag!"
Plussat: "Food was pretty well portioned. Good selection of music and movies, including some good Russian/Soviet classics. Much smoother ride than Aeroflot's other widebody products. Ice cream for breakfast."
Miinukset: "Flight attendants were smiley robots. Drinks and meals served at absurd intervals from each other - never at the same time. Exactly one alcoholic beverage service all flight, and no choice but to go and ask in the galley for anything else - including water. Thin seats that slide forward in addition to reclining. The literal worst boarding and replacing procedures - almost an hour of standing and waiting first in the terminal, then in the aisles. Better hope you speak Russian if you need anything."

Plussat: "Очень вежливый и заботливый персонал, отличное обслуживание, профессионализм летчиков ( мягкая посадка и надежность в полете), прекрасное меню и организация питания в целом, чистота в салоне и туалете, обеспеченность всем необходимым в полете, возможность просмотра фильмов в полете. Класс самолета Боинг 777 нравится. В целом очень хорошее впечатление от полета, гораздо лучше, чем от полета на Дельта и Юнайтед в США."
Miinukset: "Неточность в исполнении расписания ( скорее всего не зависит от аэрофлота). небольшой выбор фильмов для просмотра."
Plussat: "Was pleasantly surprised by the comfort aboard and friendliness of staff. While the headphones provided were not great, I used my own and greatly enjoyed the inflight entertainment system. The food and drink selection were good, and we were fed quite a bit throughout the 8 hour flight. Staff was extremely attentive and very friendly."
Miinukset: "The boarding process loudspeaker @JFK Terminal 1 was completely inaudible. There was a long line of all the passengers for a long time, instead of announcing and boarding by zone. There was no air option on the flight, and with it being extremely full, it was very hot on board."
Miinukset: "There were a group of people next to me talking and laughing loudly through out the whole night. I asked one of the stewardesses if she could speak to them but should wait 20 minutes so that its not obvious that it was me who was complaining. She repeated what I said and assured me she will take care of it. Instead she came over to them 2 minutes later and then turned to me and said everything will be ok. Of course they continued being rowdy the whole night. The flight was ruined as I could get no sleep. Will think twice before going with Aeroflot again"
Plussat: "I enjoyed the friendly crew, the pilot's efforts to keep us informed, and the hassle-free boarding and departure."
Miinukset: "Somehow my Aeroflot flights are always late... even if only by a half hour. Makes for disruption of pick up on the far end."
Plussat: "Finnair was generally comfortable with good service and food provided. When we landed in NYC our flight was late and looked like we may not make our connection. An agent met us with our boarding passes printed and gave us an expedited slip that allowed us to get through the lines faster. Because of that we made it to our connecting flight."
Miinukset: "The airlines lost our luggage at the end of the flight. Because of this we had to stand in line and subsequently missed our bus home. The next one came an 90 minutes later. The luggage has been gone more than 24 hours already and still not returned."
Plussat: "Every attendant was very kind and willing to help with my lack of Russian language skills"

Miinukset: "I order a vegeterian meal and got a tiny salad and some fruit. The crew (3 different crew members) told me there isnt any hot vegeterian meal but then i saw the person next to me eating a vegi meal!!! Just after i told the crew i am still hungry they gave me something. What a disgrace!"
Miinukset: "My luggage was lost due to a delayed connecting flight, also serviced from Aeroflot. It took more than 72 hours for Aeroflot to finally locate my bags and get them to me. The communication with them in the process was pathetic and practically non-existent. The office I had to speak with every day was only open for 2 hours in the evening, and they typically didn't answer the phone, and even hung up on me once. They had very little visibility to where my bags were and for 48 hours kept a lie going that the bags were with a courier service when they actually were not. I had to actively badger both Aeroflot and ONC Express courier for 72 hours to get my bags back. I'm certain I would not have received by the end of my trip if I didn't stay on top of them as much as I did. They had no interest or concern in getting the bags returned to me until they were hearing from me every day."
Plussat: "Good movies on board."
Miinukset: "Boarding was late, take off was late, I almost missed next fligt, my luggage arrived to my final destination only day later"
Plussat: "nothing special at all when compared to other companies."
Miinukset: "people standing for over one hour waiting to embark; when I told them about it, I was told that those people asked for it,; a kind of answer that was insulting to people's inteligence. I don't think people should stand for that kind of time, waiting to be called to embark. There was a lot of older people in that line but nobody did care. I definitely needed more space for my legs. The space offered was an insult to my body, it was almost a 21th century torture, specially when it was such a long flight."
Plussat: "tasty food, comfortable seat, cheap ticket"

Miinukset: "The plane from New York left late which means it arrived late as well. Since unloading took way longer than needed or it should have plus the combination of the plane arriving late I had no time to make it to my next flight gate. By the time my next flight was open to boarding I was still unloading on my previous flight. That wasn't my fault, I did not book the connecting flight. I had to run to my next gate and I barely made it before it closed. Not pleasant at all."
Miinukset: "USB plug was broken, and the crew didn't speak English and couldn't resolve the issue."
