They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

Plussat: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
Plussat: "I am a 70 year old woman with reduced mobility. The flight attendants made sure that I was given an aisle seat and they helped me find a seat with two empty ones next to me. The crew could not have been kinder."

Miinukset: "2 crew members, one named Terri were quite rude and short with us. I even heard her say she was ready to get off the flight. She also asked everyone around me if they liked their flight but did not ask me. She basically threw my coffee condiments at me and dismissed my concerns about the food. I was unsure if the fruit was expired and she quickly dismissed my question without any real explanation."

The lady at the airport told me that I should have paid at the check in but it was nothing there to inform or indicate anything about it. And I have to pay another $120 to go back. I'm never buying from kayak or air eurpa again."

Miinukset: "I was ticketed on AirFrance/Delta, but I guess they are a part of Skyteam and the plane was Air Europa Old decrepit aircraft, that had years of accumulated dirt between seats and such No personal TV screens Food was as bad as it gets for the snack, though the main meal was as they all are except more frugal. Headphones were available for 3 euros- never had that occur on an international flight. I will always ask if my ticket includes Air Europa as an operator and avoid them if that is the case"

Miinukset: "After 2 days at the airport I still waiting for the airline to give me a date and new time for another flight since the airport is having problems after the storms on Wednesday, they don’t have a counter or anything where travelers can ask questions and have problems solve. They keep making you come but with no guarantee of anything. No one knows nothing, it’s very bad the way they are managing the situation."

Miinukset: "We had to board this plane the old fashion way on the runway carrying your bags and everything. Very uncomfortable and no help. It also was very disappointed to be charged €60 per each piece of luggage returning to Madrid even though they had not charged for the same luggage coming into our destination. The lady at the counter was very cut and dry and was not helpful at all. This was a round trip, no explanation on the overcharged is acceptable. Kayak should warn their customers if luggage charges are going to be added."

Miinukset: "The seating is very tight. I also didn't appreciate the ongoing videos on the main screens, many of which were distracting in a negative way. Boarding was also a bit chaotic. Rather than call us to the plane by rows, we were asked to form two lines, right at the moment of boarding, and the passengers all had to scramble together and jostle our way through."
Plussat: "I think that good service of a plane should not be paid to watch movies and very uncomfortable watching movie on the phone screen. The WIFI is very expensive and the food looks like hospital"

Miinukset: "Kayak did not disclose that checking bags would cost extra. We got hit with a 60e checked bag fee at the airport. If it WAS disclosed it certainly wasn't in plain site on the mobile app. I checked back on the app to see if I had missed it disclosed somewhere but I still couldn't see it. So it's almost false advertising. Kayak should protect its users. Also, our checked bag that we paid the extra money for arrived late! After our flight was delayed over an hour by the way! Kayak should protect its customers better. Or at least make sure they're informed"
Plussat: "The tvs on this flight worked, and they gave you water when you asked for it."
Miinukset: "Our flight from Barcelona on Air Europa took off late (because they shuttle you out in groups of 40 to the tarmac to board the plane). We arrived in Madrid and about 37 Boston bound passengers had to make a mad dash through the airport from terminal E to terminal A... a 22 minute dash. When we landed there was already "final boarding" listed. ( It would have been nice if the told us they would/could hold the plane). afyer our sweaty group arrived, we were stuck on the tarmac an additional 55 minutes because of traffic."

SHE did not know what she was doing snd i had to spent 34 dollars at the airport because an agency made it for me. When i got in madrid airport the flight attendance told me that the Esta was not necessary for me as i had a visa. So the woman in barcelona got me crazy and I spent my money i wasted my time for nothinf and i almost miss my plane!!!!! Embarassing how they can have workers like that!!!!! Terrible!!!"

Miinukset: "Extremely poor service by the cabin crew. They were extremely lethargic and slow with service. So much so that numerous rows of seats with young families were never served. No announcement or apology, they just stopped serving as they needed to prepare to land. They knew from the start how long they would have to serve drinks/snacks but didn’t care and definitely did not go out of their way to ensure everyone would be served. The worst service or total lack of that I’ve ever had."

Miinukset: "On arriving two hours early to my flight I was told that I was being put on standby because the flight was full. Not sure how I got bumped from a flight that I bought a ticket for 3 weeks ago? Upon waiting at the gate I came to realise that 17 other people had also been bumped. How does an airline overbook a flight that much? We were led to the baggage claim and told to pick up our bags to be rechecked- then the flight attendants disappeared, giving us no further direction as to where to go or what to do. My bags did not arrive on the carousel, either did anyone else’s that had been bumped. We walked up to the check in desk only to be told to consult the baggage service desk downstairs. Upon doing that we were told to go back to the check in desk. After going to the check in desk again we were told to go to the customer service desk. After doing that and waiting another half hour, we were given new tickets and told that our baggage had left on our original flight and would be waiting for us in Barcelona once we got there. Our compensation for all of this hassle was only a free meal from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant we were told that we were only allowed one of the cold sandwiches and a small drink. Absolutely appalling as we were starving and exhausted. All of the flights were also delayed, however all the boards continued to say they were ‘on time’. The board for the flight we eventually took said we were ‘on time’ despite the fact we were still standing at the gate at the time we were supposed to depart. After arriving on a flight 5 hours later than we should have arrived, We were then told by the baggage desk that the luggage had not arrived in Barcelona and were instead back in Paris. So the staff in Paris blatantly lied just to get us to leave them alone. No apology was offered at any point of this whole ordeal, no compensation other than a sandwich and a bottle of water, and i’m now left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back. Not even a complimentary toothbrush which has been given to me along with toiletries and a t-shirt the last time my bags were delayed. Absolutely appalling from all aspects of this whole company. I am sorry to say I’ve already booked my return flight, however after that flight I am never flying Vuelig again!"

Miinukset: "The boarding time has been changing every few minutes since the morning. I arrived in the gate where there were about 30 people with boarding passes but no assigned seats all overbooked. Half the people left on a bus then boarding stopped and we're returned back to the terminal going through security and hour or so later. The company reps had a big attitude problem and could provide no explanation to what and why anything is happening. In the end they tell us to leave the gate after 1.5 hours wait and look for new boarding info around 2pm. I managed to get on the flight by chance: no updated info was announced - I by chance heard a poor fellow working for the airline trying to find people at a nearby cafe who were supposed to be on that flight. If I had my headphones on I doubt I would be able to board that plane"
Miinukset: "arrived at airport to find flight cancelled - I needed to get to exhibition that day - and, after long queue, discovered we had alternative flight late that night. Today I hear my saturday late flight has been re-scheduled for tomorrow - with no intervening email saying the saturday re-scheduled flight was re-scheduled itself....if you get me. On a good note, it looks like I'm going to get a full refund. If they had arranged for me and my son to get there by another means - business class?, another airline?? - then I'd be impressed"

Was on the phone many times waiting for very long time only to get disconnected and left on hold Now but rate BA low low low"

Miinukset: "Boarding was horrible delays were never ending with no notice. They made several horrible mistakes that led to everyone being run around the airport looking for the gate. Never ride vueling."
Plussat: "Friendly service -- free gate check, and a free upgrade so that my partner and I could sit together :D"
Miinukset: "The sub Vueling is impossible to communicate with in anyway. They are totally non responsive. There is no way to get them to respond or contact them. I called Iberia and canceled the flight, and the Iberia agents I spoke with, had no to reach Vueling, although it was an Iberian flight. I did not take the flight and found another means of transportation."
Plussat: "Efficient, accurate, the luggage arrived intact, the planes are clean and comfortable, the staff was nice and helpful."
Miinukset: "The seats on the plane were fixed, so you can't lean back, and it's hard to fall asleep. Nothing is served on the plane (without payment). It could be nice if they would serve water to the passengers, as other low-cost companies do."
