Luggage handling was disgraceful and lots of luggage was left behind after being delayed for more than an hour.

Got passed over during the first drink service. Second service was more agreeable. Passengers are allowed to prop their feet up on the backs of the seats in front of them and to play their devices without headphones so everyone has to listen to it?For 4 hours. Why does this go unchecked? Is the comfort of a single passenger more important than all the others? I normally have nothing but good things to say about Air France but they missed the mark today by a wide margin.

Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

The airplane seems to be 30 years behind time. Crew was unfriendly and smiling faces are not part of the uniform."

Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly."

Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!"

The flight was five hours delayed. The airline either told us nothing or told us lies. Then after 5 hours the flight was cancelled. We got our own hotel. The next morning we waited on a line for 3.5 hours to get our bags, and when we finally got to the front of the line they told us to come back in 4 hours.

We missed a full day of our vacation to Portugal because of this situation and are still hoping that our bags will make it to our destination..."

I was charged £45.99 for not booking priority baggage. All I had was one cabin bag. This error should have been flagged up prior to us boarding I felt aggrieved, not taken care off. Just before boarding to be stopped with baggage. Please make sure you tick priority baggage for any hand luggage/cabin bag 10kg.

If they are going to take a punitive approach to the very first interactions with customers, then charge for checked bags at a rate/weight that is also punitive and deviates from competition norms it is unlikely your first-time customers will ever use your airline again. Additionally, the boarding process at Lisbon was ridiculous. All passengers were sent through the gate to an enclosed warehouse with no AC to stand and wait until the plane was ready. Why wouldn't you just wait until the plane was ready?! I will never fly RyanAir again. We spent an additional $190 for two people to check in and check two 33lb bags (1 bag per person)."

Miinukset: "After paying €30 for a 20kg checked bag ahead of time, we waited for 20 minutes to get our bag weighed and checked. when it was our turn in line, the steward simply left and we eventually went to another line, where they said there was no bag on the reservation, even after I showed her my online receipt. She was very rude and clearly didn't want to deal with us. We stood for another 20 minutes in a different line only to be told that the bag was clearly on our reservation. We finally got the bag checked after yet another wait. We waited about 25 minutes in line to board for the plane and had to gate check our carry ons. No water served on the flight, and instead the flight attendants were aggressively trying to sell perfume."

I thought I'd checked in as I got an email and as the webpage took me on to adding the bags- (appx $25 each!) BUT when I got to the airport I was not checked in and it cost me 50 euros EACH ticket to check in! Words cannot express (in this forum) how angry I was! And then to get crammed in that plane with no amenities and having to pay for even a glass of water. Never again!!"

This all smells like a scam or maybe just shady practice to charge as many fees as possible. Charged for water on the plane, 3 euro."

That's when I showed her the photo of the screen shot, she called someone on the phone telling him or her of the situation and that I have proof of screenshots. They finally allowed me to check-in with no fee. Second, When I dropped my 3 luggages, they wanted to charge me for my 2 check luggage allowances. I told the lady that I bought online for 3 luggages allowances,but their system only showed that I only bought one. It took several minutes for them to realized that I was right. Third, maybe because of my lack of sleep and tired of travelling for over a month, i left my shoulder bag under the seat of the plane. My fiancee's and my passports as welk.as £500, smart tablet,camera,credit cards,jewelries and other personal belongings were inside my bag. That day was the last day of our 40days vacation. When I got outside of the terminal, that's when I realized that I left my bag on the plane. I went quickly to Ryan air desk but the lady told me that we have to go to the lost item counter and wait for my bag to show up. I waited the whole afternoon at the lost item counter and the lady there told me to just call them and ask if my bag has showed up. When I got to the hotel, I called the airline for rebooking on my flight back to my country. I went back the next day to the airport,but my bag has not showed up at the lost item counter. I was able to get the contact numbers of Ryan air in-charge of this matter. I requested someone to call the person in cbarge,telling him that my bag couldnt be lost because of strict security inside the airport, after a long wait,they finally said they found my bag. I waited 1 hour for Ryan air staff to turn over my bag to the lost item coiunter. When I finally got my bag, there were only £40 left in my bag and a piece of jewelly was missing. I will fly back to my country today and I will file a formal complain with Ryan air as well as write the CEO or President of Ryan air of the way he runs the business. I'm glad I got back our passports but the whole world should know about how Ryan air run their business. PLEASE,.STAY AWAY FROM RYAN AIR."
