Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.
Teneriffan matkaselvitys tosi hidas ja ruuhkainen
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Miinukset: "Iin at newark was terrible. They apparently have no assigned checkin area for the airline. A line with hundreds of people played follow the leader through Newark Airport. On way back in Barcelona not nearly enough seats in the . waiting area or nearby. There was huge line because of this."
Miinukset: "Checking 1 bag was a 1 hour wait. Would be a more efficient process if you could check in at a kiask and just drop off the bag instead of the entire process happening at the desk."

I'm not asking for food or there to be an entertainment system for the 7hour flight, there's not, or USB chargers, there aren't, but the least you could do is offer people some free water when you come up and down the aisle weaving"

Miinukset: "The flight attendants were dismissive. The food service was only offered half way into the flight for extra (not mentioned food wasn't included). They even charged for basics like water. There was no entertainment even though the tickets were supposed to include it...but at least they weren't 2 hours late on the way home causing us to miss the next flight."

Miinukset: "I did not receive any communication regarding the flight delay. I made it to the airport 2.5 hours before the flight to be safe and was told upon check-in that the flight was delayed for 3 hours, which then became 4 hours. I did not receive any communication from the airline. There were no explanations as to why our flight was delayed. Also, we were given 12 euro food voucher for each passenger. There was only one cafe in the area after security check and they did not accept the food voucher for actual food. They would only redeem our food vouchers for water, juice, sodas, desserts and, for some reason, only tuna sandwiches. A lot of passengers were visibly upset because the cafe only had one person on staff, the line was over an hour to order and then we were told it was not redeemable for sandwiches, salads, beer or wine. Also, the boarding process was chaotic and they did a poor job communicating which sections they were boarding and people started to form multiple lines. The in flight entertainment was pretty bad. Movies were very limited compare to other airlines. Overall, the whole experience was disastrous. I don't think I will be flying Norwegian again. I would rather pay a bit more for better service."

The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."

Too many hours of delay ( 4)
Plussat: "Everything went exactly as it should with any flight - check-in (long queue, but multiple desks open so it didn't take long for everyone to check-in on time), boarding (swift and efficient), operation (no technical issues, no unpleasant experiences, flight departed and landed on time) & plane (fairly new and clean aircraft)."
Miinukset: "Not being connected to a jet (boarding) bridge, despite the aircraft being parked right in front of the terminal, next to one of these connecting bridges. We had to take the bus circle the terminal for what felt like an unnecessary expense-cutting choice made by Wizzair."
Miinukset: "You must check in few hours before the flight. Checking in at the airport will cost you 35€. Besides that, the boarding took almost 40min and the seats are not comfy at all. That said, i would rather pay extra $50 and fly with normal company."
Plussat: "Hats off for the pilots! They did a great job to land the plane during the night on a very-very thick fog. Actually, we were the first plane to land safely in CLJ airport in three consecutive days apart all the other diverted landings to other airports."

Miinukset: "I didn't check in, in advance as when logging on to the airline I needed a code. I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Miinukset: "They didn't let me flight. Even that I did the online check in 24 hours before they didn't send me the boarding pass on PDF format via email. Also there were no way to download it from the mobile app or the website. I was in the airport 2 hours before and they didn't want to print it for me even that I showed all the online check in confirmation. They requested that I pay €35 Euro for the airport print. I submitted a complain and hope to get a credit or refund. Confirmation code: L3QZWB"

Miinukset: "Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

Plussat: "I was lucky to be seated next to the emergency door so I had a very comfortable seat. Also, the crew was very attentive."

Miinukset: "Ridiculous size restrictions on carry-on. If you can pack your clothes in a wallet, then you should be able to carry on at no cost. Only the smallest of bags will meet the "free" requirement. Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."

Wizz attracts clients by offering low prices. while in fact the price is much higher than with other companies. price paid for the suitcases, 235 eur, is an additional ticket. unbleivable. and no one tells us that the extra fees might be as high as the ticket itself. personnaly, in future, i shall avoid flying with wizz and i shall never recommend this company to anybody!"
Plussat: "There really isn't a lot to like except the base ticket fare."
Miinukset: "They ticketing agent lost my luggage, after misreading the "package" I had to purchase just to check a bag. They had a push cart in which they sold perfumes and cosmetics. They charged for everything, including coffee and water."

Miinukset: "I tried for 3 days after I booked my flight to pre pay for 2 mid size bags we were going to check for the flight. In the 10-15 attempts or so, none of them ever went through. I tried everything I could, until finally giving up. I figured I could try my best to explain at the airport. Terrivle plan. The airport charge for 2 bags was 65 euros each! More than the cost of the one way flight! Nobody could help at the airport despite me explaining in detail that I had tried multiple times to book online to save $. Seats were smallest I've ever been in, lines were extremely confusing and unorganized in boarding, and the air conditioning wasn't working. Will never fly wizz air again"
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.
Plussat: "Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room."

Plussat: "I was not on the flight - it is not Ryanair that I have a problem with it is Kayak whose website would not change the date from the present (28.04.2019) to the date on which I wanted to fly (09-08-2019)"
Miinukset: "Kayak could have a much better website. I changed that day's date for my flight from 28-04-2019 to 09-08-2019 and booked a flight from Stansted to Carcassonne. Changing the date with Ryanair incurred a cost of an extra £52 which took the total cost of my one-way flight to £102."

Plussat: "Staff were good - even the cabin crew member who was still training was friendly and professional. Landing was incredibly smooth. The pilot also dealt very well with the turbulence and was able to predict it so the seatbelt sign already came on before any trouble."
Miinukset: "Even by budget airline standards, Ryanair is mediocre at best. The chairs are uncomfortable for a 4 1/2 hour flight - manageable, maybe, for a shorter journey but not anywhere good enough for that length of time. Boarding took an unusually long time and even priority passengers were stood around waiting to get onboard a good 15 minutes or so after already having gotten into the jetway. Not to mention after landing, we were stood over an hour waiting for baggage because, for some reason, four different flights used the same carousel (and presumably only had one team getting baggage off all four planes) despite there being a second one free which I'm sure they could have easily used. Don't have four planes landing near concurrently if you don't have the facilities to deal with it. Ryanair is cheap, yes, but by the time you have to pay ridiculous amounts for things most other airlines consider normal (for starters, you can't even take a full size hand luggage bag on board without priority boarding), it adds up to being less "budget" than it would have been to fly with a higher end airline like British Airways and you'd have to be an idiot to choose Ryanair over a cheaper, higher quality, airline. Honestly, I have no idea how people choose Ryanair more than once in their lifetime."
Plussat: "The price was right but they sock it to you if your bag is over size or weight."
Miinukset: "You are only allowed to bring a small personal bag on board then check your carry on bag . The plane is old and used. They took forever to unload the bags and put them on the carousel."
Plussat: "We came prepared so no surprises. Boarding pass printed, just back packs on a 1 day getaway to London."
Miinukset: "standing in the rain in a long line waiting to board the plane. Uncomfortable seat, my bottom could barely last this 2 hour flight."

Plussat: "Everything was perfect, the crew das very helpful and the pilar very kind and he explained everything pretty well. No complaints."

Miinukset: "Flight was an hour late without notice. I payed for selected seating and was not seated with my husband, I payed more for my luggage than the air fair, had to pay for water. Pushing for product sales. The most unrelaxing ride I have ever been on. And complicated checkin online."

Miinukset: "I really didn't appreciate the long lines to get our visas checked, the disorganised boarding, our flight being 30 minutes late, and getting nickel-and-dimed to death with every little thing. I had to print my boarding pass or face a 50€/£ fee, but I couldn't print one for my return flight because it was more than 48 hrs prior unless I reserved seats so I paid money to avoid paying a made up fee. The money you think you save on Ryanair isn't worth the hassel. Never again."
Plussat: "A 6 hour delay with rude, nasty staff. I will be making a formal complaint."

Miinukset: "We tried to book a simple flight almost 5 months in advance. Within an hour of booking, we needed to make a change because of a mistake. There was no way to contact this airline, and when we did through a callous agent, and finally through our Bank card, we were simply told "read the fine print." Read our fine print: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY THAT DOES NOT PUT TIMELY NEEDS OF THE CUSTOMER FIRST! PAY A LITTLE EXTRA. Let them find out what it means to act like United Airlines."

Miinukset: "This airline is FRAUD. They had the nerve to charge us 50 EUROS each because we did not check in before our flight, WHY DO WE NEED TO if we already paid for our flights a month ago. on top of that 60 EUROS for each luggage. Will NEVER fly with this fraud airline ever again."
Plussat: "They knew that there world be a 2 hour weather delay but boarded is on the plane and made us wait 2 hours so we wouldn't have the chance to reschedule our cancel."
Plussat: "If was a short flight."
Miinukset: "Cramped seat, long line to board, forced to check-in online to avoid fee but had to check-in at the terminal anyway, 30€ checked baggage fee but the flight was so cramped for space I was forced to check my carry-on too (for free). I was put into exit row, guess that means I'm not offered drink or food like everyone else since I had no tray. If it wasn't for the high cost, I would have taken the train."
Miinukset: "Tardiness! I have taken 2 different flights and BOTH were late! Also, the terminal is located a large distance from the main terminal AND finally, you r not told your gate number until less than an hour before. UNACCEPTABLE. I do not want to wander and shop in the stores and restaurants. I want to go directly to my gate and sit and read or text. The baggage limit is a giant money grabber as well. You folks are gouging your customers."
Plussat: "Quick easy boarding."
Miinukset: "2 Bachelourette parties were on the flight, they boarded already drunk. Singly loudly and shouting profanities across the plane. The cabin crew did nothing to discourage this and started selling them more alcohol. The 50 minute flight was spent trying to block out the screaming and shouting from these two groups."
