Miinukset: "Provided bassinet is much too small for even a 17 months old. Also very hard bedding made it impossible for the kid to sleep. We observed same with the other parents. Alone with that, the height of the bassinet makes it easy for the kid to get distracted. WORSE PART: Our daughter couldn't get comfortable to sleep and got fussy, so I took her for a walk which didn't help much. Since it was bedtime 11pm with 0 to little traffic, and to avoid her crying from disturbing everyone I resorted to one of the bathrooms with her. She did fall asleep for about 1 hour until one the FA came literally BANGING on the door. Very rude even after I calmly explained the situation. So sorry for such people with no compassion nor understanding in their hearts."

Unfortunately, my injured ankle was kicked several times by a rushed crew member. It would be great if they could be a bit more mindful and watch where they are walking. Also, the breakfast before landing was spoiled when I discovered fungus in my butter after I had already eaten half of it."

We paid nearly $6k for the 3 of us, but the crew made us feel as if we paid nothing. The entertainment system did not work well, and most of the time the movies refused to play. We were always suggested to restart, and were not even given free access to internet as an alternative. No one ever apologized for anything in the entire flight, it felt like this flight was a favor."

Even then it took them two days to bring it to us, two precious days off our planned vacation (7 days) At the end of the shortened vacation, we got to the chek in, and told that since the ticket I had purchased form them two months earlier was too cheap ... and since the flight was Over booked, they would take me off the plane if all the passengers would arrive. It's unnecessary to describe what I felt until the plane took off. They apologize constantly, but do nothing practical. a bae company. no me nor my freinds/family will go with KLM"

Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."

Plussat: "The crew were pleasant and attentive. The food and entertainment were good. We had a large meal, a light meal, and a snack for an 11 hour flight. Plus drinks. The lights were kept off for half the time so we could sleep or rest."
Miinukset: "The seats are horribly crowded. If the person in front of you lowers their seat back (as mine did) you have about 8 inches from your face to their seat back. That with already very little seat room and I felt as though I was in a straight jacket for much of the flight."
Plussat: "We fly a lot, over 20 flights last year. I was very disappointed in this flight. No water was offered during the entire flight (2 and 1/2 hrs). We had to track down a steward to buy a bottle of water and some lunch. At checkin I was told my new suitcase, a Travel pro carryon was too big to take on. As we boarded I saw many people with bigger carryons. Who makes these rules so inconsistently? On the positive side, we had very comfortable seats, but I did pay extra for them!!"

Miinukset: "Announcement was made to all passengers inn rows 20-40 or so to line up, which we did. Then, we were told only priority passengers were to be boarding. Priority passengers asked where their linne was, and a BA crew member snappishly answered "where the sign says Priority". The sign wasn't able to be seen, and these passengers shouldn't have been faulted for BA's ineptness. After being checked in, I asked an another BA agent where to go. Upon arriving at the aircraft, I was rather frostily told "you're onn the wrong level" and pointed to the stairs. I let them know that I was on the 2nd level due to the direction of the BA staff. My seat space was reduced to a mere 12" when the passenger in front of me abruptly reclined his seat all the way back."

Plussat: "The flight attendants were unfriendly and not very attentive. Although one person did get sick and caused the crew to be shorthanded that’s no excuse to not smile and be friendly. I wanted to throw away some beverage cups and no flight attendant came through for almost an hour. The food sucked."
Miinukset: "Much better food, even though we were economy class the food could have been better. Also, I was told and researched that there would be an AC outlet at my seat and all there was is a USB port. I rented a portable CPAP machine and couldn’t use it. Cost me $120."

Miinukset: "Because our first flight was delayed over 4 hours we missed our connection and had to be re-booked on the only other flight that still had seats that day. We had previously booked and paid for Main Cabin extra seats in the second row that included extra leg room and free drinks. We ended in an airplane with two exit rows, one near the front and the other near the back. Our seats were right behind the rear exit row in the back of the plane. The seats did not recline and there was limited leg look because the exit row seats were aligned differently due to the crew seat next to the door. Also, the bathroom was right in front of the row in front of us and so it was busy, noisy and smelled. Obviously we didn't get our free drinks either. Now I'm having to fight with American trying to get a refund of the money we spent for the Main Cabin extra fees. The fun never stops. I will never fly American again."

WHO EVER HEARD OF HAVING TO PAY ADDITIONAL FOR SEATS. AND I PAID TWO TIMES AS I CHANGED MY FLIGHT TO AN EXIT ROW SO PAID DOUBLE...TWO TIMES WHICH IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed for nearly 5 hours. There was no accommodations for the delay, except for apologies. Very limited snacks were provided, but this huge delay cut into our reservations and vacation in our resort."

Plussat: "The flight departed on time, landed early, had plenty of entertainment, and the crew were pleasant."
Miinukset: "Check-in was problematic: the first agent claimed my luggage allowance was only one checked bag, even though the ticket said 2. Had to wait in a second line to fix it."
Plussat: "The flight wasn't totally packed, so no one got kicked off. There was room for all of the carry-on baggage. The staff was friendly and courteous. Flight was not on time, but early! Never have an issue with American!"
Miinukset: "The only thing that concerned me about this flight was that immediately when we left the ground, there was a very strange noise that occurred and stayed until we were above the clouds. Made me and a number of passengers concerned because none of us had ever heard such a noise from a flight ever."
Miinukset: "My audio outlet was defenct. So, no films. And my connecting flight didnt have any information."
Plussat: "Overall, one of the most enjoyable International flight experiences I have ever had."

Miinukset: "Our 10:40AM flight got cancelled. We had to wait in line until 1AM with regular check-ins to rebook for 8:40AM. When we made it to the airport again after limited sleep, that flight also got cancelled. We bought a ticket with LATAM which was a breeze. Throughout the following week, we tried calling them numerous times to have them tell us we had to loose yet more time by having to go to their Cusco office... but they couldn't resolve the issue either. We had to escalate this over the phone from their office so they would issue us a flight back to Lima at no charge to us. Now, I can only hope that they will honor this ticket but I'm not expecting much."
Plussat: "Really?! After all these years, you can't manage the boarding process or even attempt to create and/or keep ques? This part I have to say is not rocket science. Also, if you are going to offer carry-on baggage, then make sure you can honor it!No one took charge Or do we get to charge you $60 for the luxury of being able to check our bags to their final destination?"
Miinukset: "No one took charge. Those that refused to check bags when told they must due to no more overhead bin storage, all had room to put their carry-on in the overhead storage with room to spare."
Plussat: "Overall the flight was fine. There was plenty of room in the seats and leg room (economy). I'm 6'2" and never felt there wasn't enough leg room or hip room in the seat. There was good service throughout. There were good entertainment options. The food was very good. Arrived early. I checked to purchase this flight directly with AA but found it to be cheaper booking through Kayak choosing British Airlines. I will look here again to be sure."
Miinukset: "Beware of sitting on the aisle. Those drink carts can get you. This is true with any airline that uses drink carts. Also, I was seated in the aisle seat that went from four seats in the middle to three seats in the middle as the airplane progressed toward the back galley. I was in the last 4 seat across and was bumped constantly by people coming up from behind, particularly by one flight attendant. I will be sure not to choose that seat in the future."
Miinukset: "Apparently Finnair leases a Hilly plane and crew for this flight right now, so it wasn't quite the same."

Miinukset: "IFE completely broken, mediocre apology. Sat on ramp 15 min after push. Zero explanation or status update. Typical small pretzel or cookie and soft drink."
Plussat: "Paid for extra leg room...otherwise everything went very smoothly.."
Plussat: "Stewardesses tried to make up for disastrous management mistakes. One customer service rep was helpful when Kiosk refused to give me boarding pass or seat assignment or pay for baggage check--ALL USING MY AMERICAN AIRLINES ADVANTAGE MASTERCARD!"
Miinukset: "Change of airports from EWR-Oak to JFK/SFO after I had printed boarding passes. Got call from AA but when I picked up, no one was on the line. Equipment prob, they said. I think it was two half full planes and they screwed the EWR passengers. Manhattan was in gridlock because of UN session. I discovered change when I arrived to check luggage curbside at EWR. 3 hours of stop and go traffic to get there. See other box re kiosk problems. Boarding pass didn't have my TSA FTN so had to go back. Could not check luggage curbside. Got seat in last row when I noticed boarding pass had no seat assignment. They lost my luggage at SFO. There's more, but..."
Miinukset: "i decided to purchase a separate direct flight at a different time instead of changing my flight, only to be informed later when i tried to hop on the back end of my original flight, that they had canceled my ticket since i hadnt boarded on the front end of that flight. i had spoken to a customer service rep about my option before purchasing the extra ticket, and she did not mention that this would be an issue. then i had to pay extra to get back on my original flight."
Plussat: "I was so comfortable I slept - I never sleep while traveling"

Plussat: "I messed up royally, as a result, I missed my flight to Miami. However, they were able to put me on the available flight without the extra cost to me. Thanks a lot."

One and one half hour wait and the bags never arrived at the final destination for two more days.? The seats on a fifteen hour flight could stand to be better."

Miinukset: "Flight late (30 minutes) as mostly with Air Canada, fortunately not cancelled this time as also common with Air Canada short distance flights Not enough space in overhead compartments for carry on. The lady at the boarding makes it sound like that is the passengers fault."
Plussat: "Friendly folks"
Miinukset: "My flight was first delayed, then cancelled, and there wasn't even bad weather at either airport. I still don't know why the flight was cancelled. My alternate flight had to be from a different airport and that flight was also delayed. I went from a non-stop flight to a flight with a layover... a 7 hour layover. Was not fun sleeping at the airport. On top of that, I had paid to select my seat and it wasn't honored on the flight back. Somehow I was unassigned because of the flight change during departure but I was still charged."
Miinukset: "flight got cancelled and was put on flight 1 hour later than originally planned."
Plussat: "Pillow, blanket, food provided. Inexpensive flight. Great crew and smooth flight."
Miinukset: "My husband went onto the plane in Toronto bite-free and left the plane in Toyko with over 20+ bites from what we assume were bed bug bites. This left us in a panic about dealing with bed bugs. Apparently, bed bugs on planes are becoming more common place! We've contacted Air Canada via email about a week ago and are waiting to hear back from them. Furthermore, the flight to and from Tokyo did not allow much time for sleeping. The flight attendants were going up and down the aisles very often with meals/snacks, drinks, duty-free, and charity requests. I was expecting a lull after the dinner meal where they would dim the lights and limit services for a few hours, but it did not happen. While impressive how many services were available it was a bit much and would have preferred less to allow for some quiet time. Finally, the return flight from Tokyo to Toronto there was a single flight attendant who was quite rude to the other attendants as well as passengers. While boarding a lady in front of us didn't have her boarding pass when entering the plane but was with her husband. This flight attendant asked her for the pass, and she said she knew where her seat was because her husband was right in front of her and they were sitting together (at this point we had our boarding passed check 3 times before even boarding the plane). The attendant raised her voice at the lady and told her it didn't matter and that she needed the pass. Within a few minutes, she was getting after a few flight attendants for insignificant things. This behavior continued throughout the flight, very unprofessional. This was my first time flying Air Canada and I was not impressed."

Miinukset: "No apology for lateness, flight boarded late, took off 40 min late, arrived 35 minutes late but we sat at gate waiting for someone to open it ?!, then another 15 min before bags started to unload Ridiculous but indicative of airlines You are not their valued guest or even their customer, you are a problem that needs to be solved and are consequently met with preloaded annoyance and a readiness to dismiss, placate at the best of times but definitely not please, impress, sympathize or satisfy. There is no evidence that it's even in their lexicon- not a part of their recruitment or selection process or training, ever! They're main focus and only positivity is saved for themselves. There may be a long line of concerned and anxious travelers but their priority is getting coffees for the battle ahead! They break their focused indifference only for each other and enthusiastically leave their post to satisfy each other's needs and attention. This has got to change! Why do we put up with such awful service for which we are the paying customer? Why are we, their customers, not valued? This airline makes record profits, provides less, charges for everything and increasingly delivers bad service, sometimes offensively bad! It doesn't cost more to hire a customer centric pleasant person, or incorporate guest experience into training or at the very least be friendly and smile! What if an airline just did that?! They'd differentiate themselves and develop a positive customer centered culture. Don't we deserve that, at the very least?!"

Miinukset: "Planes got messed up which caused groups to get separated. Plane went from a two aisle plane to a single aisle. They had some sort of excuse but I am sure it was primarily to save money since the flight was not full. In flight entertainment kept restarting and the head jack hardly worked. Flight was delayed over an hour due to the plane switch. Also, to top it off they had one attendant that was dutied out so we had to wait longer for another flight attendant. This should have already been figured out before. I have flown Air Canada a lot and this was just not like them. Quite disappointed."

Miinukset: "Plane seating is so cramped, very confining. Seems worse all the time. Tall folks suffer! Airline counters not well staffed at Ft. Lauderdale, ridiculous long lines moving extremely slow. Plane full to capacity, not pleasant. They charge for everything and Rouge even worse."
Plussat: "My connecting flight to Yoronto was very late and I missed this flight. air Canada was awful. My last trip with this airline."

Miinukset: "You really need to make those seats somewhat more comfortable. I'm an average sized person I think, 5'6" and 150 lbs, but I found the seats very hard and generally small. Also, please stop serving those hot pockets as a snack and please top charging for potato chips!"
Miinukset: "The flight was fine, but when I got home, I had two charges on my credit card from Air Canada. When I called, the woman didn't know what they could be for, so she told me to email Air Canada flight feedback. I still haven't heard from them."
Miinukset: "my luggage and my baby's car seat was delayed. I arrived at 10 pm and my luggage and baby's car seat was missing. I was told they will deliverer it to me the next day, but I have not received my stuff now its been two days"
Plussat: "Was arbitrarily assigned a seat with extra legroom. No excessive turbulence; landing was smooth."
Miinukset: "I was among the last to board and had to place my carry-on under the seat in front because there was no room in the overhead bin. This kept me cramped the entire time despite the "preferred" seating. Soft drink servings were really skimpy."

Miinukset: "During boarding, there were too many passengers for seats, so one woman had to leave the plane. Also, 8 people (on this very small flight of maybe 16-18 total passengers) did not get their luggage, including me. They said it would likely be several days before I could get my bag back, which is unfortunate because it contains most of my clothes, my glasses, and all of my toiletries, so I'm going to have to go buy some new ones while I wait for my bag to come home."
