Miinukset: "I had left an expensive style of neck/travel pillow i left in my Perth rental car but wasn’t supported to pick it up. I had to arrange for the car rental firm to post it. We had over 3/4 hr to fly. We were boarding. It’s a shame there wasn’t a quick way of getting my pillow to me without customs bureaucracy. It was a simple mistake. A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times."
Miinukset: "During check-in, I observed inconsistent application of rules with respect to hand luggage. My carry-on and laptop bag combined were 12 kgs and was told that I had to pay excess baggage fees. While, there were quite a few people on the plane whose hand luggage was clearly above 12 kgs."

Plussat: "This review is for return travel from ATL to MAA (Chennai, India) and back. Route: ATL-DOH: about 14.5 hrs; DOH-MAA: about 4.5 hrs; Likes: 1. Baggage check-in process was simple and easy. 2. Meal preferences was good - I'm a vegetarian and on the onward journey forgot to specify the meal preference but the crew had enough inventory to meat the requirements. 3. Every seat was provided with a small plastic pouch/packet/goodie bag that consisted of a eye mask (very thoughtful), pair of sock, toothpaste+brush (very thoughtful), hand cream. This was very useful and effective. 4. Entertainment - options were good and current."
Miinukset: "Dislikes: 1. Online check-in wasnt easy; towards the end of the process, there is an option to email the boarding pass but this never worked. Not sure if this is something to do with the browser (tried with Firefox, Opera) 2. It would have been good, as part of the online check-in, if the users reminded to specify the meal preferences, etc. I forgot to specify the meal preferences but thankfully the crew had enough of what I wanted. 3. Take a relook at the packaging of the toothpaste tube in the goodie bag. It was sealed in such a way that it was difficult to open it w/o a sharp object. This should have been easier. 4. Seats were the worst part - poor legroom. Worst, the seat cushion is the worst. I think it was just a fabric over a metal seat with minimalist of cushion. ATL to DOH leg was the worst (and the longest leg of the trip). Unless you have open seats next to you it would be a back breaking and painful trip. Seat comfort wise, I would rate Qatar as the worst. Luckily on the return leg (DOH-ATL) next two seats to mine was empty, so was able to stretch and sleep well. DOH-MAA or MAA-DOH seating was little better (think its a older plane; newer planes have worst seats) 5. The website was damn slow while accessing from overseas. Even in the US, at times the website hangs-up, freezes or spins often. 6. Food was ok -dinner and lunch but minimalistic; I didnt see any specific breakfast menu or any coffee served separately (was part of beverage option during lunch or dinner) 7. There was no alert, communication, notification, reminder of upcoming trip via email or text, etc. Many airlines does this very often but Qatar was totally silent on it (they did have my email during checkin). Not sure why."

Miinukset: "-my seat did not recline, which I understand that I was close to the emergency exit but the person in front of me could still put their seat back way farther than they should be able to and I was unable to do simple things like put my glass of water on my tray -I had a vegetarian meal which was literally just rice and ground up brown mush-I have no idea what that much was -I asked twice for new headphones because my was broken but they forgot -When the flight attendant was coming around with water and she looked me to see if I wanted any and I said yes, she just skipped over me. I didn't pay a few hundred dollars extra for this."

Miinukset: "Hi I travelled on 7/16 from Philadelphia to Cairo through the Jordanian airline . Unfortunately the luggages didn't reach to Cairo airport with me . 3 days later they told me that the luggages in Jordan and I have to travel from Alexandria city to Cairo to receive my luggages . When I went their , I found my luggages were opened and missing much items . I made reports on the airport. The employees in the airport they wondered why the opened the selling box , and the box looks empty. The weight for this box was 32 kilograms in the time of shipping. And I paid $400 for extra weight . But when I received it was like 20 kilograms. Plus I paid $350 for Qater airline for shipping 3 luggage . That's means I paid $750 for shipping 3 luggages and I received it looks empty . I need refund for all shipping and $5000 for damages items , or I will complain this airlines through the American court . Thank you"

Miinukset: "I was given two options to choose from for brunch which were scrambled egg with sausage and paratha. Upon asking for paratha I was told that they ran out of Paratha. This happened very first time with me. Even though the crew provided me with excellent service I was surprised to hear the Qatar Airways could run out of food?"
Miinukset: "Almost missed my flight. I had to take a bus, go through a transfer check, and then take a train to the gate, which got me there so late (even with running) that they were calling my name (and a few others) over the loud speaker."

Miinukset: "The middle console video went out on my husband at the end of the flight, while he was watching a movie. This also happened on the earlier flight from Singapore to Doha."
Miinukset: "I never made it to the Yerevan to Doha flight, because Qatar Airways did not get me to my destination in time. They had an emergency landing in The Azores, after turbulence and several passengers got injured, when the pilot failed to warn passengers to put on their seat belts and they flew into the air, hitting the ceiling before falling down. One passenger had a heart attack. Once they de-planed us in The Azores, not a single Qatar Airways employee helped us on site anymore. Passengers were left in the hands of hotel and airport staff. There was very little communication with the passengers. A relief flight was supposed to come in 12 hours. It did not come for another 35. After the emergency landing, some passengers noticed that a wing looked defective. The disruption may not have been due only to bad weather, but a defective plane as well."

Miinukset: "Arrival in Johannesburg was a nightmare due to queues at immigration - I nearly missed my connecting flight. This was not the fault of Quatar airlines but needs to be taken up with the authorities at OT Airport in Johannesburg"

Miinukset: "As I missed this connection flight we were re routed to Cairo then Larnaca. We landed at 6:30pm and didn't get to our hotel until 8:30. Missed my friends wedding. It was a disaster. As a Qatar airway member I feel let down and am disappointed with the lack of interest shown by the airline in relation to an apology of any kind. What can be done about it. I've booked a trip to be a part of my friends special day and instead get to the reception as guest start leaving. I also get fined from the car hire company as they cancelled our hired car due to a no show and have ended up with a less inferior car as that's all they had left. No real apology given si is like to know what are you doing about it?"
Plussat: "Very generous with drinks and water to prevent dehydration. Two very good meals. Professional and courteous crew. Some unoccupied seats allowed passengers to spread out."

Miinukset: "I didn't like the handling of an unexpected delay. It seemed to take an hour longer to handle the change over from one plane to another. The staff seemed rather unprepared for how to resolve the issue smoothly and seamlessly. Training in handling unexpected events might be a good way to overcome this."
Miinukset: "I asked the crew to gave me a glass of hot milk cause of my diet, if it's possible, he laughed at me and told me I bring you warm one and never come back with even warm milk"

Had to ask at the reporting time and then seat was messed up. 3 seats were three different row while I had two minor sons. Spoke to the travel agents (justfly.com) and requested meal was not properly recorded. I requested, two kids meal and a Hindu meal, when meal came it was told I had Muslim meal. How on earth did it make any sense, I am not even muslim? I did not even mention about muslim. Those dumbass at justfly.com do not have any level of professionalism. I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all."
Plussat: "The crew and the flight were all very pleasant. Highly recommended."
Miinukset: "Unfortunately the trip was marred by being stuck on the tarmac for the better part of an hour while we waited for out gate. Even when it became available however, we were forced to wait while ATC sent every other plain taxiing through our route which was clearly visible from our vantage point. Not an issue with Delta per se but nonetheless it left us all exhausted and frustrated."
Miinukset: "Because KAYAK reassigned my flight to airfare.com, I actually flew into JFK. Not my preference and the rebooking process was a nightmare. Very disappointed and I will not be using KAYAK ever again. So stressful."

I was stuck in the back of the small jet from Minneapolis to Cwa when there were a few open seats in the middle. Disappointed. I won't be choosing Delta in the future!"

Miinukset: "They check for everything in the counter as if it was a low cost airline. If you go a kilo more over your baggage allowance you have to pay 100 eur. And for your cabin luggage you only have 12 kg that they check you twice and they have security staff at the airport specifically check in this."

Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

Especially after KLM's And Delta experience."

Miinukset: "Overall, the flight was fine. My comments are relative to BA 1st class. At best, I would rate it in the middle of the business class flights I've flown on other airlines. There is nothing about the experience that is actually 1st class from a separate lounge, to boarding, to in flight meals. The seats on my planes were worse than Turkish Airlines Business class (among many others). Storage around the seat is also FAR worse than other airlines products,even in business class. I had taken the same flights in November and 95-98% of the entertainment options were the same. There were, maybe, 2 new movies and 2-3 new documentaries/TV shows. The in seat charger only worked on one leg. Several meal options were "sold out." Mediocre at best."

Also, the ratio of carbohydrates to protein in the main meal was way out of kilter. I don't want rice + potatoes + bread + crackers all in one meal, with zero vegetables. The tiny piece of cheese helped."

A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"

Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."

Plussat: "Check-in Ticket printed by BA staff at the airport had the wrong gate number so I was sat in the wrong part of the terminal until I got suspicious and double checked the screens to find my flight had started boarding elsewhere. Entertainment system had a screen from the mobile phone you owned more than a decade ago. Breakfast was a Kellogg's chew bar. Staff onboard were excellent."
