Plussat: "I liked everything about my experience on four Iberia flights. The boarding was fair by groups and they didn't allow people cutting the lines. The planes were new. The food served was very good and had a great variety of tastes to please different cultures. The entertainment system on my seat was awesome!! Customizable music playlist that was All genres of music. The navigational pages were fun and interesting and the movies were current."
Plussat: "I had an empty seat beside me on both legs of my flight. This always makes flying more enjoyable. They fed us two meals both directions. There were pillows and blankets for everyone on your seat when you arrived."

The movies were really good and (UNLIKE the flight from Chicago to Madrid, where i was told they didn't do that) the stewardess on the flight home didn't mind giving me a second glass of wine."

The man at the check-in desk in Madrid could not have been ruder or less helpful (Hopefully for his wife's sake!) The food on the way home again was unfortunate.....that can NOT possibly be the best food any company can find in Spain. Hell - wed have been better off with a cheese & ham plate with some bread!!"

Miinukset: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."

Miinukset: "Having chosen a seat in the emergency exit row, was told that I couldn't use my jacket to cover myself while I slept; I either had to wear it or store it in the overhead locker. I understand that this row needs to be kept clear in case of emergency (as the name indeed suggests), but I don't see much difference between wearing the coat and using it to cover myself. Worse than that though was the way the stewardess communicated this to me with a cold stare. I'm waiting for the day I can write a positive review of a Ryanair flight."

Miinukset: "-On 20/12/2017 the flight was expect at 09:50 it was delayed until midday. -On 05/01/2018 I had received a message(on my mobile phone) to confirm my return and I try many times to do it without success. so i did my best to trying to call the number 080000834000 and the person who attended my call ask me to repeat several times which it make me disappoint. So i have to paid 50. 00 euros for it and plus I had to pay 40.00 euros for each suitcase (total 2 suitcases = 80.00 euros) Which i suppossed i had been paid when i booked my holidays, and no much information has been given in it. in the end too expensive. I will look at other low cost airlines in the future."

If you are not checking luggage and the plane is full as was the case, you are made to stand in line because only the first 90 carry ons are guaranteed. The heat in the boarding area was unbearable. Then we proceeded to the boarding tunnel where we were made to wait AGAIN in the heat. I felt like a hostage packed into a tin can! Never in 50 years of air travel around the world have I experienced such an inefficient process. I will never fly Ryan Air again."

Had to cancel two flights because they were not helpful.your person who took our nfromation on line gave us confirmation then at airport would not let us board even though the info was on her screen at airport. There fore we had to cancel another flight through you , cancel car rentals etc,hotel, no I was not pleased with service. We missed gong to Lourdes, had to book another flight to Madrid spent entire day at airport trying to go some where as you had no other flights which was costly, many expenses we had no counted on and your girl was rude and left the counter went on here break leaving us standing there with 2 young kids and myself k 83 years old.so we could continue our trip very disappointed"

Plussat: "It seems if you don't pay for the seat attribution, the system splits automatically group/couple even if with infant! My husband and I have been separated by more than 30 rows but we had 2 aisle seats! Hopefully a kind person has accepted to exchange his middle seat with my husband seat. In addition, there was no priority to boarding with infant if. You don't pay the priority boarding (although we have to carry the baby in our arm).
