Miinukset: "I had paid for an upgrade to sit in the front of the cabin with extra legroom (row 14A). When I boarded a man sat it my seat. He had not paid for the upgrade, but the crew let him stay in my seat. I had asked him to social distance but he continued to sit right behind me bo matter which seat I moved to. He argued with the crew until they gave up and let him stay. They did not check his boarding pass or ask him to move to his assigned seat I found a different seat away from him but I don’t see the point in paying for extra legroom when the crew let’s people who haven’t paid for it sit it those seats. I felt harassed by the man and was very uncomfortable the whole flight. I am considering my next step, I think I should at least receive a refund for the upgrade I paid for."

Miinukset: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Miinukset: "Besides the seat relative comfort, it did not recline much at all, i wondered what the extra money (at least $5 or $600) got us. The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Then it was back thorough security and a rush to the gate to get there in time to board. Lost our original seat assignment and wound up in the last row at the tail of the plane. Extremely poor coordination between KLM and Delta who operated the flight."

Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.
Teneriffan matkaselvitys tosi hidas ja ruuhkainen
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Not the best crew. Extremely annoying with mask wearing. Even when I was eating and drinking they would come up to you to tell you to wear your mask. Extremely annoying.

Miinukset: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

I was not informed when I booked the ticket that when you transit through 2 schengen countries, you need a transit document. I was informed about it at then airport. Not only did I miss my flight, I had to book for the next day at a outrageous price. SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE...BOTH KAYAK and PRICELINE. Will never recommend you guys to anyone."

Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

One bag has always been included in the price of a ticket flying transatlantic."

Miinukset: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

The pilot missed the first landing, was going too fast and had to turn around. We circled the London eye 3 times. When we were actually landing it was extremely bumpy and on the way down the plane was tilting back and forth a lot. They were going too fast when we landed as well, I have never been in a plane that has landed so poorly, and I have travelled a lot and used many different airlines. It was worse than any budget airline I've been on. As we were driving back to the terminal, the pilot stopped short for some reason. Things were not explained clearly. I will not be flying with airfrance again and will be sure to spread the word of this awful experience."

London Heathrow Airport is one of the worst international airports in Europe."

Miinukset: "Everything costs extra, even water. The flight was long enough that an entertainment system would have been welcome. Finally, it landed at Heathrow—a terrible place to make a connection."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed and arrived to London late for our connecting flight to Venice, was rescheduled for another flight from another airport. Had to take the taxi to get there on time for our next flight."
Miinukset: "Despite being on board for over 9 hours, we were only provided one meal. The one snack that was also provided was merely a snack size chocolate bar. I have been on plenty of shorter and similar length flighrs that provided a much more reasonable amount of food. This seems to be the result of BA cutting corners on customer service."
Miinukset: "I paid 100$ because I had to cancel my request. It was a technical error of your reservation system which unexpectedly changed my return from the 5th of November to the 6th of November. The fine was unfair and you're required to refund me."
Plussat: "In-flight service was really good"
Miinukset: "I was travelling with family and they assigned seats all over the flight. Initially they assigned seat for my 3 year old separate from us."
Plussat: "Not much - the entertainment choices were good and the flight was safe and smooth. Plus my bag turned up from Helsinki, Heathrow, Singapore, sydney"
Miinukset: "The biz class seats on BA are just horrible. The biz class service - BA aren’t even trying to match other airlines. A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"

Miinukset: "hard to check in to BA in Helsinki. signage could be better as this was a code share."
Miinukset: "90 minutes delay for a 1 hour flight. They blamed the weather but no other flights were delayed except this one. Also, I purchased a seat with no checked baggage allowance and was NOT aware of this when I booked. Will not be flying British Airways again."
Plussat: "Cabin crew was very friendly. On board entertainment worked. Food was good. Overall a much better experience than our flight to London"
Miinukset: "Vegi food was bad"
Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."
Plussat: "The staff and crew! The level of security at the airport was much higher than all other countries I've visited including the USA."
Miinukset: "The entertainment displays need updating."
Miinukset: "My daughter spent several hours in the checking in process. It was vary confusing and frustrating."

Miinukset: "I had two reservations that I had linked and even though there was ample time they wouldn't forward my luggage to my next flight, because I booked them at different times."
Plussat: "The flight I booked through Kayak was cancelled and I was not told until I called three weeks later to check on my seat assignment."
Plussat: "Liked the high life entertainment and the flight attendants were friendly"
Miinukset: "I get a very limited amount of time to visit my girlfriend who is currently living back at home in England and spent nearly two hours sitting on the plane following the landing and then another two hours or so waiting for my bag to show up and finally filled out info to have it sent to me so that I wasn't wasting any further amount of time on a plane or in the airport. With limited service it was just an overall terrible experience, for my girlfriend even more so than me, as she began to get worried during the delay in the flight arrival up until I got into the airport and got service so that I was able to explain the delay and that I would be out soon. Which wasn't the case since I continued waiting for my bag to arrive for the next couple hours. What should've been a time of joy being reunited with my girlfriend turned into a time of stress for all involved and several hours overdue."
Plussat: "Friendly gate staff and crew, new and comfortable plane, and early arrival."
Miinukset: "The entertainment system was pretty old, screens weren't great and selection a bit thin...But other than that it was all good."
Miinukset: "The overhead luggage bins near my seat on my LAX-LHR flight were too small to accomodate my European standard carry-on, which meant that another passenger and I had to store our luggage three sections away before there was an empty bin big enough. I understand the need for different sized bins, especially since our seats were up against the galley, but I felt a little unsupported by the crew. They basically just told us, "walk down far enough and you'll find something"--this was true but not exactly helpful. It's a small thing, but I think maybe if you warned passengers sitting in seats with smaller bins ahead of time, that would help make things smoother, since another stressor was that we didn't find places for our luggage until it was almost time for takeoff."
Plussat: "Considering all the delays and cancelled flights (due to fog and all London airports closing) this flight was good."

Miinukset: "Check in system down again meaning manual check in and causing 2 and half hour delay. This is too common with BA now and ended costing me a lot of money due to missed connections."

They are not really welcoming, the landing was a little bit rough.
The flight was three hours delayed and instead of having us wait to board we waited two hours in the plane before take off. For the future if they know connection flights are delayed they should have us wait outside
I made a check in at the gate due to taking a connection flight bougth separatedly. The lady in the front desk was very rude, she asked me to fill in my info in the Verifly app, otherwise she couldnt check me in. I was in a rush dowloading the app, once I downloaded this one didnt work...it didnt let me select any option or to write any info. I asked her if she can help me and she told me she couldnt, it is Verifly or I would loose my flight At the end another lady from the airline told her this was nos necessary, and show her how to do it. But all the time they were very unkind, as if they were giving me the flight with no cost........

Miinukset: "The flight from Chicago to Barcelona was delayed by 1.5 hour due to first, unexplained reason (looked like late arrival) and updating navigation maps (??). The flight back from Barcelona to Chicago was delayed by 3 hours first due to late arrival and then congestion at the airport."
Plussat: "The crew were very nice and courteous for the time we were on the plane delayed."
Miinukset: "Boarding the passengers before the aircraft was actually ready to take off was not pleasant."
Miinukset: "Could give more time before baggage and check in. Arrived exactly one hour before flight and ohh my god........ Management however pulled some miracle...."

Miinukset: "Your seats and leg room are terrible...but you already know that. I am not at all overweight but I am tall and I dread 9 hours in your planes. Fortunately I was able to move to an exit row (without paying over $100 that your company wanted to charge me)."
Miinukset: "Our extra legroom premium seats didn’t feel like we had much more room. No TVs, WiFi that didn’t work...left a lot to be desired. I know the standards are pretty low in the US compared to other countries, but for a plane that seemed relatively new, the lack of standard technology seemed cheap."

Very frustrating because I have to take other flight to Veracruz, it supposed that I have to pick up everything when arriving in Veracruz. Rosario"

Plussat: "The handed out the customs forms just before landing because they were too busy chatting. I had to fill up the form during landing and got dizzy. During the fligh I asked for water and the stewardess forgot about it."

Miinukset: "The boarding process is not organized, even if you're flying first you have to "elbow" your way in. The headphones or the connection are wrong the noise coming of it is terrible, couldn't watch a single movie. Unusable. Tried moving it around and changing for another unsuccessfully."

Miinukset: "no entertainment! Nothing. On the flight from Mex City to LAX the bathroom facilities were so limited that some Economy class passengers had to try to use the business class or first class facilities' An FA then came on the intercom and said Economy class must only use their own facilities and this is according to an FAA regulation. THat is a straight out lie. If you eliminate bathrooms from Economy class to squeeze in more seats this problem will persist. American Airlines should be ashamed of itself."
Miinukset: "Apparently Finnair leases a Hilly plane and crew for this flight right now, so it wasn't quite the same."
Plussat: "BA system down. Najor delays and long lines. Flight good."

Miinukset: "It seemed that asking for extra service was an imposition on the 'gossip session' for the crew standard fare of biscuits"
