I was extremely tired and and left my phone completely on silent for 4 days, and within those 4 days they called and left me messages. Lucky I live here in Hawaii, can you imagine being a tourist and you lost your card? Excellent customer service."

Television screens and headphones in economy were easy to use and reproduced video and audio content well. Overhead storage space was adequate, even for an almost fully-booked flight whose passengers relied upon it very heavily."
Miinukset: "One of my vegetarian meals (the larger of the two) wasn't vegetarian. This was astonishing -- a first for me in more than twenty years of flights across the Pacific. Not once have I had a vegetarian meal that included chicken, but that is just what was served to me on this flight; I was obliged to spit it out, and to wash my mouth afterwards. The selection of films offered was demoralizingly poor, and the seatback pockets afforded even less storage space than usual."

The flight was a little bumpy because of rain as explained by crew. Food:Some passengers were asked choose their preferred meal but were later on asked to take the other one because of limited quantity

Also, the plane was very old and very hot...even though it was only a one hour flight, it was very uncomfortable and outdated."

They were not present much at all in BUSINESS CLASS. So that's why I rated the experience as poor. The international food choices are poor. They do not taste good. I think I have to stop flying ANA. Make the boarding gates closer to the main concourse it took ages to walk there.
The flight was 5 hours late, made us miss our connector to Dallas. No more flights to Dallas until Friday. We were only offered the late flight to Istanbul, hotel overnight in Istanbul. A flight to Houston and we’re are stranded from there. Later, I found a flight to Newark, take a Connector Bus (my costs) to JFK, overnight layover 8 hours, and a flight to Dallas from there. I was refused to change to that flight unless I paid $300, my connector, and any hotel costs if I chose one. Having spent the night before in JFK, I absolutely would need the hotel, it is not safe.
Miinukset: "Transferring from an international flight to a domestic flight was difficult. This flight was a joint flight between Turkish airlines and China Southern, there should have been someone from China Southern to help us transfer when we landed. I asked the crew at the plane whether someone will help us transfer and they said yes, but there was none. At the very least, how to transfer to domestic flights has to be part of the customs video. Finding where to go was difficult for someone that does not know Chinese."

When my husband asked to speak to a manager, it took 45 minutes before a staff member offered us another flight that arrived only a few hours later. All other staff members were on their personal cell phones and would not answer our questions. By the time our boarding passes we’re printed (an hour later)we had to run to our gate in order to make our flight. This left us no time to contact our driver who was picking us up and let him know when our next flight was arriving. We’re extremely disappointed in the customer service and appalled at the lack of professionalism."

And on the plane, it was very uncomfortable because of so little leg room. To get out of the window seat to go to the toilet was as bad as it gets, because of row in front with reclined seats - only possible to scoot across in sitting position. Not easy....!"

Miinukset: "A series of about 9 rows of 3 seats each row, had errors in to the monitors that normally you can watch a movie, watch news, or listen to music. Approximately 27 people could not use these monitors affixed in the seat before you. These monitors (screens) control the reading lights, the signal for the stewardess. Flight 33 on 6/30/2017 had 12.3 hours of blankness and the complaints were numerous, but the crew were of no use. I wish this would have happened to business or first class. The crew were horrible."

Miinukset: "Trying to reclaim our laptops at the end of the trip was a nightmare. They confiscated all electronic devices larger than a cellphone due to new Trump regulations (not their fault). Fine. But they were so disorganized about the process. When trying to reclaim the devices after the flight utter chaos ensued. That was their fault. Passengers were on the verge of violence and it could have been avoided by simply being more organized."

These people lost my luggage, were at least 30 minutes late for each of 5 flights on this trip and that includes the one that I was forced to take after this flight took off late and after landing they couldn't find a parking spot for their plane at the largest airport in their home country. Obviously I missed my connecting flight back to JFK. I was stranded in Istanbul overnight and forced to buy a temporary visa just to go to the hotel they offered for causing we to miss my connecting flight. What legitimate airline is so disorganized they can't figure out how take off on time, to de-board passengers, and park their planes at their main airport?"
Plussat: "I love everything about this airline. I'm a fanboy of Turkish airlines every time. Great in cabin entertainment, great service, always awesome aircrafts."
Miinukset: "i had asked for an aisle seat and ended up on seat 7C which is the one that is next to the seat where the stewardess sits down. I wouldn't have minded at all but my seat and the one next to it didnt recline anywhere near as much as every other seat in the whole airplane. It was really uncomfortable for me and the person who was seating next to me. Hopefully this will be the last time i get stuck in that kind of seat."

I had to call them to remind them to give me some food and drink. Plus when boarding they only announced it in Turkish and not English"

Plussat: "I was very pleased with the overall service and comfort on my flight. Boarding went smoothly, and crew were friendly and helpful. Cabin service included Turkish delight, hot towel, an amenities bag, hot dinner, hot breakfast, and snacks available thought the flight in the galley. Entertainment was on demand and included a wide selection. Seats were comfortable with reasonable distance between rows for coach (better than on many U.S. carriers). They have ample restrooms and they are split throughout the coach cabin, which made lines for the restroom almost nonexistent. Restroom amenities include hand lotion and refreshing spray - very nice."

Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.
Teneriffan matkaselvitys tosi hidas ja ruuhkainen
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Miinukset: "I want to seriously complain about Air Canada and Kayak booking systems. I reserved the tickets to Shanghai but there were no place reminding me that I need Canadian VISA to connect flights between two Canadian cities. I am a Chinese citizen who is working at USA and not allowed to change flights in Canada based on the newest government rules. However, in both booking systems, there is no reminders. In my opinion, either Kayak or Air Canada can add a simple checkbox to let the potential guest choose his or her nationality status, then this kind of trouble can be mitigated. We talked and called Air Canada people but no buying. They kept saying this is our responsibility. We bought United Airline tickets at the last minutes and cost us about $2,400 because we cannot wait to get back China to prepare our wedding ceremony and US Visa interview. We are very very disappointed with Air Canada and will keep complaining about this issue. As a service supplier, how cannot you think on behalf of a customer? The air company definitely knows more about government rules than a customer. We did have mistakes of not researching government rules. However, the biggest mistake was we trusted Air Canada and Kayak who we thought had taken care of those kind of issues for us. Thanks."

Miinukset: "The entertainment system did not work - it cut in an out, I had to restart a movie 3 times. As well, the seat felt damaged - it leaned to one side. Made for a very uncomfortable 8 hours. The leg room is getting worse"
Plussat: "Can't keep to their schedule. I was supposed to arrive home at 15:50 pm. Try 1 am. Every time our plane came in they sent it to another city or switched our gate. All if their flights were delayed. Customer service was non existent. We were treated worse than animals."
Plussat: "Service before boarding was excellent. Checking in as long as the boarding time was efficient and fast. In flight service was okay, flight crew was helpful and friendly. The selection of entertainment was excellent. Good international films, in addition to the monocles 24 hours radio station. However, the food was mediocre, there was not enough food for a flight of 11 hours."

Plussat: "The ciabatta buns served with the regular meals, looked lovely, as did the regular meat meals. Unfortunately, I ordered the Hindu Vegetarian meal."
Miinukset: "Usually the Hindu Vegetarian meals are quite nice, but these ones were not. I have eaten a lot of Indian and Middle Eastern food, and I could not identify what this was supposed to be. The basmati rice had the consistency of oatmeal. The first meal was tasteless and the second meal had too much hot spice, but still no flavour. The bread they gave with the meal was tiny and tasteless compared to the lovely ciabatta rolls served with the regular meals."

Miinukset: "Planes are outdated and need a refresh badly. No USB charging. Cramped rows. Even a few more inches of leg room would be nice. Rude and selfish passengers all around; from boarding tantrums over seating through changing into winter clothing in the aisle. How has it gotten to this?"

Miinukset: "I did not get airline miles credit on my United account as requested. I would like to be contacted about this."
Miinukset: "Air Canada failed to transfer my bag from flight 1 to connecting flight 2. This not only happened to me but to other people traveling on the same connecting flight as well. My bag was delivered later then the promised time, it was also returned damaged. It is now almost one week since I have taken my flight and I am unable to process a claim because they have not updated my file via their Bag Tracer program. It is clear that they still have a lot of work to do to be considered a real commercial air line company"

Miinukset: "Almost no room if someone puts their seat back, food was not good, made an emergency landing when passenger said he was fine and caused everyone to be delayed."

Plussat: "The flight attendants were GREAT. The seats are crammed so close together that I had trouble getting my under the seat suitcase wedged in. On other airlines, the suitcase fits very nicely underneath the seat, allowing me to rest my feet on the suitcase. I am on the short side, so having the suitcase to rest my feet really helps. On the flight to Toronto, my daughter had to do it for me. On the return flight, the sweet flight attendant put the bag in and took it out for me. I really appreciated that"
Miinukset: "I know that all airlines have reduced the seat size and spacing. But it seems like Air Canada is worse than most."
Plussat: "A few of the crew members were very pleasant and professional. The choice of movies was good, though I had to sit through five minutes of advertisements before they started."
Miinukset: "I was flying from London to the U.S. with a connection in Toronto. One of the crew members, who was somewhat rude, told me that I would need to fill out Canadian and American customs forms and go through both in Canada, and to not "stop for coffee" as the plane was 20 minutes behind schedule. I had a question about the Canadian form and asked another crew member who told me (correctly) that the first crew member was wrong; I did not need to fill out the Canadian form or visit Canadian customs for my one hour layover. When checking in at the kiosk, my seat was shown as an aisle seat so I didn't try to change it, but my boarding pass printed a middle seat which is very uncomfortable for a tall person."

Miinukset: "I only have one bag. My bag is weighted 57 lb and charged me CA$100.00. They should have averaged 2 bags' weight and I should not have charged CA$100.00. I think the service is poor."

Miinukset: "I couldn't believe how little room there was for such a long flight! There wasn't enough room for me to reach my bag that was on the ground even when the seat in front of me wasn't reclined. And the people next to me kept jabbing me with their elbows because three grown adults simply could not sit next to one another in such a small space. I'm a small person so if I feel crammed on a flight I have no idea how the average person can tolerate it!"

Plussat: "Flight got delayed twice I had to go to the airport 3 times, finally the personal change me to another airline. I payed over 250 just in taxi to and from the airpor, plus 300 dollars in hotel reservations plus 250 in tours. The airline other than continue rebooking and printing more and more boarding passes did nothing"

Miinukset: "Check in crew was late starting . Boarding was rushed and just not smooth . Entertainment was outdated . Flight attendant forgot to provide food request and had to be reminded. Time to get rid of business class and have upgrading more affordable. I will try hard to not take Air Canada in the future. Westjet and JetBlue are so much better in all respects."
