Would have been a lot better if they boarded by seat numbers. Also they made me check in my fairly small and light carry on bag resulting in its contents arriving broken!"

Miinukset: "Only one toilet working in business class. A crew member told me that it was a decision to fly with only one toilet to ensure no delay. There was a disgusting stench of sewerage for the complete flight from Amsterdam to Johannesburg. This was in all likelihood due to the broken toilet on the left side."

Miinukset: "Our flight from Nairobi to Lusaka was cancelled for some reason and we did not find out until we happened to log into the website to double check our itinerary. They automatically rescheduled the flight only giving us 25 minutes to reach our next flight...impossible. so, after calling, we were re-booked again and forced into a 13 hour layover in Amsterdam. Our original flight plan had 4 hours. so, because we are a family of 7 with a baby, we had to buy a hotel room to rest, costing us a lot of extra money we had not planned to spend. We contacted KLM for help with the cost but were rejected. We also lost 5 bags somewhere between Chicago and Lusaka, but after 2 days, we received them."

Miinukset: "I asked for an upgrade as we are on our honeymoon. The ground staff only wanted to get us on the plane and not try in anyway to recognize us. Our seats were very poor quality, you should immediately replace them! I would have rather stood than sit on the flight. The in flight entertainment is so poor. Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."
Miinukset: "Delay in take off 45 min!!!!"
Miinukset: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."

Miinukset: "The boarding process was horrible and it involved climbing down steep stairs from the air tunnel to the tarmac to board a bus that took us to a far distance where the plane was parked. Had to new walk in the sweltering heat to the plane can climb up steep stairs in the heat! We were now kept in the plane for another hour with no aircondotion. It was boiling hot in there. We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

After seeing it he said your baggage have to be claimed at DALLAS and not at DENVER. Kindly rush as time is short. MAYBE HIS INTENTION WAS GOOD. He must of thought that it will get delayed if I have to claim baggage and proceed for connection as the flight was delayed."

Miinukset: "Old, dirty planes with bad enterainment systems and mediocre food and drink offerings. With the price of a ticket more than Emirates, KLM and other airlines, always really suprised the overall crappy hardware, infrastructure on planes etc. When can we get a decent plane to fly the long haul flights. And an actual entertainment system like to competitors?"

Miinukset: "There was an abusive passenger sitting behind me that kicked my chair the entire flight. They were angry that they didn't have more space and that I wanted to have my seat back. I offered to put it up during meal times to make sure they had enough space but that wasn't good enough. The crew knew what was happening and tried to get the other passenger to stop but the passenger persisted. The crew refused to upgrade me even though I had paid for an aisle seat and there were no other aisle seats available for me to move to. I find this service unacceptable. I probably won't be willing to fly BA again as they obviously care more about money than ensuring their customers are comfortable."

A stingy snenities kit and a blanket doesn’t come close to qantas or emerites. The food is an embarrassment - microwave dinners over heated is a a generous description. Crew do as little as possible (they don’t want to be they’ve either)"

Miinukset: "When kindly asked a question by me, one of the staff didn't understand and instead kept insisting we didn't need a landing card (we did). Tried to rephrase the question and she persisted without trying to understand, rolling her eyes and swearing under her breath. Oh, and did I mention the part where we had to pay for our checked bags again? 75€ per bag. For me and my wife, that's the equivalent of a third ticket for our flight. May as well had our luggage fly next to us. So rude staff and exorbitant pricing for things that somehow weren't logged through third party. Cheers! (Sarcasm)"

Miinukset: "In economy the seat spacing was very limited. It was worse than many US domestic flights. If the seat in front was reclined, the TV screen was about 12-15 inches from your face."
Miinukset: "The woman who worked the British Airways desk in Helsinki and checked our bags is not suited for a customer service position. The screens on the British Airways long haul planes are tiny and difficult to operate. A 2,5 h flight where you can't even get water complimentary is appalling. Honestly all of your competitors offer a snack and beverages complimentary even if the flight is only 45 min. The boarding for London to Dallas flight was very confusing and could have been made easier with grouping the boarding instead of tons of people piling up to rush in at once."
