Miinukset: "The fact that you cheapskates don't allow credit or refund is downright usury. I didn't take that flight because of medical issues that caused me to cancel my trip 2 weeks in advance. I pleaded with you to be able to take a credit, to no avail. You lost a customer."

Plussat: "SFO - CDG (Air France) was a great journey in all respects. But the one major reason for that was, the middle seat was empty. I was so fresh after the journey, would definitely recommend this flight to anyone."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed by atleast 45 mins and therefore had to rush at the CDG airport to catch the next flight."
Miinukset: "Missed flight due to lack of direction, last minute gate change and they shut door in our face after telling us they were holding plane"
Plussat: "Direct flight from Indy to CDG is great. The plane was not so full, so I hope business improves so we can keep it going. Very smooth flight, with good and friendly crew."
Miinukset: "Staff where so unhelpful that I missed my flight and then refused to offer any assistance as to how I could remedy this situation. This cost me over €180 which is a weeks food and stay for me. Don't fly with these guys or with air Croatia."
Plussat: "The free glass of red wine when the plane finally took off."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"
Miinukset: "at no point when buying my ticket did the site say zero bags were included. In fact, when purchasing it said that information about baggage was not available.Shocked to have to pay 50 dollars for one bag. I am member of Flying Blue. One bag has always been included in the price of a ticket flying transatlantic."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

Plussat: "Staff pleasant and courteous fine meal and beverages! Arrived ahead of schedule in Bucharest!! Overall a very pleasant experience!"
Plussat: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."
Plussat: "The airbus 380 was great and the staff very nice"

Miinukset: "Very cramped. Poor leg room also with.metal bars under seats that further. Limited foot room. Terrible options in movies. The seats in front of us reclined so far that I couldn’t do anything but stare at the back of the seat anyway."
Miinukset: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."
Plussat: "Crew was professional and friendly. Plane was clean. And food was served quickly without the hassle of ordering from a menu and paying. And it was delicious. Best airline food I’ve had in a long time. The chocolate dessert was incredible. And a coffee to go with it. Made a three hour flight very pleasant."
Miinukset: "All airlines need to remove a row of seats and give everyone just a bit more legroom."
Plussat: "Short & easy flight"

Plussat: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."
Miinukset: "Arriving in CDG and facing a slow immigration with the passengers of this huge plane. I didn't care for the baggage delivery system. We were waiting for an hour only to realize that the arrival port for our luggage was changed."
Plussat: "Seat room was better on most economy flights. The food was good and the glass of champagne did not hurt at all. The aircraft flew very smoothly from takeoff to landing."
Miinukset: "The fact that I can’t purchase a drink is ridiculous! I am willing to pay $8 for a can of beer and still can’t buy one. I believe many companies are using the coronavirus excuse as cost saving measures."
Plussat: "Flight was earlier than scheduled. Crew was good."
Miinukset: "Nothing. The flight was 30 min. No complaints except for the guy who didn't wear his mask."
Miinukset: "When there isn’t a person assigned to the emergency exit row and you offer your service and the flight attendant says you need to pay for it. Seriously there a deadly flu and the fight attendant is concerned about the price difference and not making sure there is social distance. Tons of empty seats and they never offered for anyone to switch"
Miinukset: "Nothing--everything was great--perhaps the best service I've ever received."
Plussat: "The pilot, crew, etc. was all good. Boarding was great, as was deplaning. There was a lot of communication."
Miinukset: "I'm a tall woman and I was never more cramped. I think in a long flight such as this 2.5+ hours, they should not be using American Eagle jets. They are so tiny and my neighbor and I were practically on each other's laps."
Miinukset: "I wish there were charging ports so I could charge my device on such a long flight."
Plussat: "Like the multiple USB charging outlets and the mobile device holder on the backrest"
Miinukset: "Phoenix airport is horrible for on time departures. Always."
Miinukset: "The seats are HORRIBLE on this plane! It was like sitting on a concrete block for 2 hours!"
Plussat: "It was a red eye. So good to be seated, quiet. not too crowded."
Miinukset: "It was really GOOD overall."
Plussat: "Nice big plane, new technology"
Miinukset: "When landing in LAX we were unloaded far from anything and loaded into buses and taken to the terminal. It was like a weird sci-fi movie LOL."
Miinukset: "The plane was very hot when boarding and then very cold while flying. It was uncomfortable."
Plussat: "No flight. It was cancelled."
Miinukset: "Find a sooner alternate flight"
Plussat: "One of the ladies working was very unhappy with life. The other lady was kind and delightful."
Miinukset: "The air vents did work. So very hot on board. Timing of boarding and landing was great. Some turbulance during flight. Here's the kicker my first fight was delayed and my luggage was stuck in Dallas! My luggage did appear at my house in the middle of the night. Is that a good use of resources?"
Plussat: "Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad."
Miinukset: "3 hour flight and no entertainment options. Disappointed with that."
Plussat: "The flight was early."

Miinukset: "Boarding was delayed at least a 1/2 hour so arriving was late. My luggage never made it on the flight so I am hoping it gets me to tomorrow however no guarantees."

Miinukset: "I was apparently "flagged" by British Airways for extra security checks. As I understood it in London, I was randomly selected for this security check. This then apparently meant that I was to be flagged for all subsequent flights. This meant that in Chicago, after going through two other security checks that day (Zurich and London) and completing customs, I had to engage in a full Homeland security check. This involved removing protective covers from my laptop and phone that were hard to get off (not meant to be taken off regularly) and a full body search that I did not have to do in London. After many hours of traveling, this was very a frustrating experience."
Plussat: "Finishing my flight, being able to say I'll never fly American again."
Miinukset: "Without notice or warning, I was required to pay $200 for my dog, tranferring from Alaska Air, to ride in cargo for the 2nd leg of my trip. My fare was approx. $84. They would not accept cash, but made me spend another $5 on a "gift card," because I don't own credit cards. Rude, uncaring, marginally competent ground crew."
Plussat: "I liked the boarding in groups. The crew was nice."
Miinukset: "The inside of the aircraft was so outdated. The seats were not comfortable with very little leg space. There was no individual screen for entertainment, and no USB port."
Plussat: "Room between rows Entertainment from St Louis to Phoenix"
Miinukset: "Surprised to see they charge $50 carry on fees at the gate."
Plussat: "American did transfer us to another flight after several hours' delay."
Miinukset: "Lack of scheduled flight crew caused a 2 hour delay causing American to re-route us via Chicago in lieu of Phoenix. Still, arrived 2 hours later..."
Miinukset: "No power outlets our video screens at seats. No food served on 4 hour flight."
Plussat: "The crew and their understanding about our frustrations with delays"
Miinukset: "Repeated delays. Not AA’s fault."
Miinukset: "The fact that for an aisle seat in economy I need to pay extra. I feel nickeled and dimed."
Plussat: "The seats on this little plane were large and comfy (which I never thought I'd say about a plane again). The crew was great, and the flight was hitchless."
Miinukset: "We were delayed by an hour and a half. Not that big a deal in the grand scheme of things, but it still puts a cramp in my day."
Plussat: "New airbus at least"
Miinukset: "Long boarding time, very long disembarking time. We were told we had to check our bags at the gate when we found there to be enough headroom above us for our bags after."
Plussat: "On-time arrival"
Miinukset: "They lost a bag and then took nearly an hour to do the lost luggage report. Handoffs among three staffers (one disappeared)."
Plussat: "Smooth flight, on time, good entertainment and food selections."
Plussat: "*finally* getting rebooked"
Miinukset: "The aircraft was downgraded, so there were 12 "overbooked" seats. The flight was delayed several times, with each new delay only being acknowledged after the previous departure time had already passed. Eventually, the flight was "delayed" to 3:15, but then it was bumped BACK to 2:45, so one woman ended up missing the flight because she had gone to the lounge based on the 3:15 departure. I accepted a voucher, but as the original flight kept getting delayed and I couldn't receive the voucher until the doors closed, I almost missed the flight I was rebooked on. If airlines would just communicate better (e.g., tell us there's a delay *before the departure time has passed*), people would be much more willing to deal with the hassle."
Plussat: "Even though we were group 6 both ways, boarding was smooth and fast! We arrived early and was able to check our overpacked carry-on. Luggage was unloaded within minutes of our getting to the baggage claim. We were even able to move up to the middle of the plane coming back home!"
Miinukset: "Nothing comes to mind!"
Miinukset: "The AA station in Madison (MSN) is notoriously SLOW in downloading bags from the plane and getting them to the baggage claim. So far this flight ot is about 30 minutes from when the plane pulled into the gate and still no bags yet."
Miinukset: "Plane needs updating. Pretty outdated and dirty"
Plussat: "Very comfortable and enough drink service."

Plussat: "Quick and fast. Slept through the landing and woke up to everyone gone and was in a rush to get out, but forgot my phone and passport, and I asked about it they went back there and looked for it for me and got it back. Over all good experience."
Miinukset: "Wish they offered water, but since it was short it made sense."
Miinukset: "First, the original 90 minute layover became 8 hours with the old buy this scheduled ticket and 3 weeks later we will switch it to 7 hours. After a 8 hour red-eye, it was brutal. BA was an hour late taking off from London to Warsaw. The onboard experience was charge for everything. No sodas, water, nuts, etc. Oh and boarding, cmon. The gold, silver and special people go first. I think that was 5 people. The other 150 plus, you are on your own, go. You have your typical isle 5 person holding up the entire loading procedure, trying to get their oversized bag in the overhead, versus loading from the back. Wow."
Plussat: "The flight arrived early which was nice. But that's the only good thing about this flight."
Miinukset: "From checking my bag to leaving the plane in Dallas, I felt like AA employees thought passengers were just in the way. It was almost as if the flight attendants were traveling to Dallas and they happened to have to take care of passengers along the way. There were very few smiles, hellos, or how can I help you. It was almost always and grunt and what do you want? The personal device entertainment was very buggy. the movie I tried to watch kept skipping, like on old scratched CD."
Plussat: "Once arrived all was fine. Once arrived all was fine."
Miinukset: "Being Over hour late. Updates kind of slow. But really hot on the plane"
Plussat: "The flight was delayed, apparently due to weather. I rebooked this flight after the first two legs were canceled. I was given an economy plus seat for this flight which made it more enjoable."
Miinukset: "Boarding process was a chaos. Thing should not be done: such as re-screened passenger boarding pass and passport for nothing since we went thru 2 times security and border protection. Thing should do: organize boarding zone. all passengers had boarding zone on boarding pass but went in like first come first service."
Miinukset: "Apparently Finnair leases a Hilly plane and crew for this flight right now, so it wasn't quite the same."
Plussat: "I really appreciated the drink cart coming through several times. The air is so dry on a plane, it's nice to stay hydrated."
Miinukset: "One older flight attendant was rude to the younger for no good reason. She was abrasive throughout the flight. The rest of the flight attendants were great."
