I lst my ticket with Turkish and i will never recommend this Airline to no one from now on. I,m asking if i can use the monry that i had paid if i can rebook future flight , please do something i lost my tickets with Turkish and i had to pay $1475 dollar on Emirates , NO one seems to care .I have all the proof thatJet Blue gave me the boarding pass on Turkish after the station manager in San Juan called Turkish and they authorized him to print my boarding pass ( i have it all) unfortunatly Turkish refused to helo. I paid for reserved seats with Lufthansa months before flying. Apparently no one relayed this to ticketing clerk as we were seated at the very back of the plane (row 46), next to restrooms and storage bins. Needless to say, we were unable to sleep for the entire overseas flight. We are returning October 11th via the same route and sincerely hope to have better accommodations.
It was the screen on this flight that was bad. It would randomly turn off and change. It was unresponsive. This was the 12 hour flight that the screen annoyed me

(Un-)fortunaltely there was no movie I really wanted to watch, or classical music for my taste (recitals, chamber music). Anyway, this is not a major problem, just a tiny glitch. The random boarding went surprisingly well, although I'd prefer the more structured version. Until there is bread, butter and cheese, I am fine with the bland food."

Lufthansa service at airport could not find next flight out for next day or 2 days out. So my daughter and i spent additioanally 3800$ for booking another flight 5 days later"
